    Transaction date 6-20-25 sent email to CS on7-5-2025 asking why my product shows that it was returned to sender at my post office. No response. Sent email to CS again on 7-7-2025 to ask for assistance as my tracking had stopped. Emailed again on 7-7-2025 at the end of the day as no one responded and asked for a refund as product was not shipped or delivered. I still have no product, and no one will respond to me. Tracking is now showing in transit but that has been the case since 6-20-2025. I don't believe they have a customer service team at all. I bought two mascaras from them. Cost was $43.49 charge went through on 6/20. Yet no product and no answers to my numerous emails.

    This company made it look like you were signing up for an appointment for your pets medicine prescriptions when it was actually signing you up for an unwanted membership instead. I have been contacting the company since the first day to cancel and even put a stop pay now and emailed them 6 times and no response to cancel.

    Transaction date 1-7-25 1-28-25 sent email to C.S. asking for a refund as product was not shipped or delivered. Followed up on 2-2-25 with another request for refund only to be told "someone" would get back with me to assist with refund On 2-3-25 I emailed again as no one contacted me. At that point they responded with asking me to confirm my shipping address and they send out a new item. I once again told them I was no longer interested in the product and wanted my refund. As of today, 2-6-25 no item and no refund issued.

    I received an offer from this company for a 40% discount on my order. I ordered 3 items and the 40% was taken off but after I put my credit card info to pay it changed the discount to 20% off. I deleted items and tried again but the same thing happened again. I believe this is a bait and switch. I was only trying the products because of the 40% off.

    ****************** continues to send Vero reports on **** , claiming that our items are counterfeit when it's completely not true.We have our rights to resell these products as we don't need them anymore .Per the First Sale Doctrine we have the right to resell these products bought by us on their official site . We want the immediate withdrawal of their recent VERO reports sent to ****, because they seriously damage our reputation and our algorithm score with **** and more importantly we can have our store illegally suspended because of their reports. They know that we bought their products in their site as our files can be found there and they already reported us in the past and we provided documentation of our purchases in their store, with the outcome that they blocked our next orders.They don't want people to resell their items , but this is not a legal way to stop us from doing it. We will contact our lawyer on this matter if the situation is not solved in a timely manner. The first time we contacted them on March 6, but they never replied back.     I followed an ad from ******** to Thrives website where I was met with a teaser asking if I wanted to sign up for a 20% discount. I did so and immediately received the following text:Thrive Causemetics: Welcome to the Thrive Causemetics and Bigger Than Beauty Skincare family! For every product purchased, we donate to help communities thrive.Enjoy 20% off with code ZQP30XKGS5KH at checkout for a limited time.Shop now: ************************* *One discount per orderI then started shopping and at checkout I applied the code and it didnt work. No explanation was given other than it wasnt valid. I then contacted customer service through Chat and was told by the agent, All of our codes exclude sets and recurring orders. Apparently the two eyeliners I had in my shopping cart constituted a set, but the text with the code that I received did not say there were any restrictions other than time. I tried to place the order within 15 minutes of receiving the text, so that was not an issue. I told the agent I saw this as a bait and switch tactic, because the conditions were not disclosed up front. I only shopped because I had the discount code, so when I couldnt use it for the items that best suited me it was a waste of time. If they have restrictions they need to make them plain and clear. They also need to inform the customer why a code doesnt work at the time its used. I did ask the agent for a replacement code that I could use and he refused to give me one and did not offer another solution. In fact he doubled down and said the restrictions were listed at the bottom of the mailer, but I received a text.

    A makeup bag with makeup was offered for free by this company. So I placed the order and didnt have to pay anything. The next day I get an email from Thrive saying that my order had been cancelled. I spoke with someone at Thrive ( her name was *********) and she told me that it was a glitch in their system and my order was cancelled. She would not let me have one unless I made a purchase. Well making a purchase to get the bag was not the offer. Getting the makeup kit for free with no purchase was the offer. I am very dissatisfied!!

    This company sold me make up and advised me if I didnt like it I would return it for a full refund which I did. They said they never received it. Ive been charged twice since the first time I had to call and tell them to please not charge me anymore and that I didnt want to be in their little program so they took that charge back but now today Ive been charged again $32 and something cents

    I ordered. They sent my item was on the way. It was a ********* tracking. Whenever I checked and STILL it says no record. They did ship it without notice. It was delivered without us knowing. It says in 100 degree weather from 12pm to 10pm because I cannot leave my shift at the hospital to go pick up mismanaged shipping! I told then immediately I want a new shipment because I will not use makeup that sat in head all day. They told me to open and check them. I told them no! They do not decide when I open them and I am not opening someones gift (one of the items) and I will not gift a damaged item. They have argued with me and taken no responsibility. I STILL have the emails and tracking and it still says No Record for the shipment. They are not helpful and dishonest. I said I will send back all the items and for them to send me a new shipment NOW. They refuse. Their shipping failure created this problem.
