So, I went to the subway restaurant to order. as I was trying to place an order online to use their own coupon I was unable to do it as they purposely shut downed their website. And as I asked the Emplyee she kept denying it. This is the second time they have done this to me.Initial Complaint

I think the sulligent Alabama subway needs to be investigated for old products or something to do with the food being bad every time we have ever been there we get food poisoning every time someone we know eats there we get food poisoningInitial Complaint

I am unable to log into my Subway Rewards account. If I select enter my email address and choose forgot my password, it says that my account does not exist. If I try to create an account using the same email address, it says that an account already exists. I have a subway gift card that is linked to the account so even when I tried to create a new account using a different email address, it won't let me add my gift card because it's linked to the account that I am locked out of. I have gone to the subway website and reached out for support. I received an email saying to try again in 48 hours which I didn't and it didn't resolve anything. Subway has no customer support line and there is no way of reaching a live person.I want my $11.02 that is remaining on my gift card refunded. On 7//17/25 I went to the subway in ******, ** near the rec center to puck up an order that i ordered online. I purchased 3 sandwiches, with a coupon, so the total was around $23. When I got home & began eating i found my sandwich super spicy, which was odd because it was a chicken, bacon, ranch with lettuce, tomato, onion & black pepper. So I opened up the sandwich & was shocked to see a ton of pepper. It was on there thick. I went right back across the highway to return it. The 2 girls there just looked at me like I was stupid. There was 1 who was more in charge who had been instructing the other as to what to do. My guess is the trainee wasn't sure about how much pepper to add because when I told them that it looked as if their pepper shaker exploded the 1 in charge glanced quickly up at the trainee. Then they went on to blame the peppercorn ranch. I'm sorry but I very frequently eat this same sandwich and have never seen anything like this. To make matters worse, when I opened my sandwich up I discovered there were hardly any toppings on it except pepper & a lot of tomatoes, which i requested less of. Not once was there any offer to remedy the situation by replacing or remaking. So I told them that's fine and that I will be complaining. I've never returned food. I was so hungry though and just couldn't eat all that pepper. I've noticed they have a large turnover in people, but I don't care. If they can't make a sandwich, they shouldn't be there. I couldn't believe they did nothing. I ended up going outside where I snapped a few pics then walked back in and threw my food away. This has really rubbed me wrong. Where's customer service skills & isn't the customer always right. I hope anyone trying this Subway has a better experience than I did because they will not help resolve any problem you have with what they create, even when it's totally not edible.Initial Complaint

July 8th submitted an online order at 9:15 p.m.. when I got there the owner told me that they were closed early and did not receive the online order. They said I have to go online to try to get a refund but there is no way to reach anyone at Subway online.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online and picked up in store and planned to eat there. One staff member said we could not eat in the restaurant because they were closing the dining room early to clean it (approx 8:15pm) and that the restaurant closed at 9pm. Online it says store closes at 10pm as well as the sign on the door, which we took a phot of. We had no dining room table at home to eat at and our 3 children with us. She still refused to allow us to eat there. We checked our food in the car and one sandwich was wrong, so we brought it back in- the staff was rude and said they all had lettuce- one was not supposed to and almost made us bring all 4 back in to analyze them all. Our family had to eat on the floor because of your ignorant staff who closed the restaurant an hour early and the dining room 2 hours early. Ur site is horrible. Ive tried several attempts to log my credit card info inti ur system MANY times couldnt .. so Ill go to Wendys instead .. I literally took the tIIME to do this. Im submitting a serious complaint regarding an incident at your ******************************************************* location on July 12, 2025, around 9:25 AM.Ive been a loyal Subway customer for over 20 years, but what I experienced left me feeling disrespected, humiliated, and concerned about potential discriminatory behavior by your staff.Upon entering with my friend, we found a sticky, dark substance on the door handle. She naturally headed to the restroom to clean up but was loudly stopped by a young female employee (brown skin, black wavy hair, false eyelashes, wearing AirPods) who said it was staff only and not open to the public. However, the door had no such signagejust a unisex label, which typically indicates customer access.We calmly explained the situation, but she repeated staff only in a cold tone. Her attitude throughout was dismissive and unprofessional.After serving the previous customer with warmth, she approached us still wearing AirPods, music audible, and made me repeat my order multiple times. Then, mid-order, she suddenly said:Are you ok?I replied, Yes, why?She said, Because I think you are so rude from the beginning, and I dont want to serve for you.I was shocked. I had done nothing wrong. Her friendly demeanor toward the customer before me, in contrast to her hostility toward me, raises serious questionsparticularly considering the false restroom claim and her refusal to serve me. I cant help but wonder if this involved racial bias.We left without incident and went to another Subway 10 minutes away. Staff there confirmed that restrooms are open to customers unless clearly marked otherwise, meaning we were deliberately misled.If Subway values its customers, I expect a prompt, serious replynot a generic response. If ignored, I will escalate this to consumer protection agencies and consider a formal discrimination complaint.
