I ordered 1 bottle of ******** remover but was not successful 09/06/22. Then I got a message to complete the order. I decided not to. Then we got an email telling us "Thank You For Your Purchase". The bill was not for 1 bottle but for a "promotion" of multiple bottles for $199.95. We tried to call them to cancel the order at the # they provided. We were on hold on a waiting list for very long. They said I could select (2) to be called back within two hours. (Never heard back from them.) They said on the message NOT to try calling back after that or the call would be rejected. So I called back on another phone and waited a very long time. Never got a hold of them. I emailed them to cancel the order. Didn't hear back so I emailed again and said I would refuse the package when it came. They emailed back and said if we did that we would NOT get a refund. Then I said I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. They emailed back and said if I did THAT we wouldn't get a refund. I called the returns phone # and they they told me that we must keep the product for 60 days and then request a RMA # after calling them back! We got the product by priority mail and it remains unopened. I believe this is a scam and we are out $$. They sell the product under the name of *********. Other names are ******************************** We have their emails & messages saved. I am contemplating contacting the Attorney General ************* also.Initial Complaint

On 9/9/22 I went on their website and decided to place an order for 1 bottle *************** When I tried to place the order it came back that my credit card was declined, I tried again because I thought I had entered the number incorrectly. When it still would not go through, I stopped trying because I wasn't going to give them another card number. The next day I received an email saying thank you for your order for $179.95. I know one bottle of their product is not that much so I emailed them explaining the situation and telling them to cancel the order because I was only trying to order 1 bottle.
I never received a receipt for the transaction with total # and amount purchased, tax, shipping charges, etc. So I assumed I never purchased anything from them. The total I was originally going to pay was $59.95. I believe every time I entered my credit card number they charged my card even though it kept coming back with the message "card declined". I reached out to them on Monday 9/12/22and spoke to one of their agents who told me I had placed the order and that was it. I told her I no longer wanted the product because I thought they were a scam and she said I could not return the product and if I did I had to wait 60days to return it. I told her that was ridiculous and again to cancel the order. She said it was already in fulfillment and it couldn't be cancelled. Now they have sent me a tracking number because they have shipped the product. If they had charged me once for $59.95 and sent one bottle I wouldn't have cared but they are sending me three bottles for $179.95. I feel this is a total scam to get more money from people. The card being declined and yet the charges going through are an indication of their shady business practices.

I accidentally hit a button and placed an order and within seconds called the company and asked them to cancel the order that I had accidentally touched the wrong button and they absolutely refused to cancel or help me in any way, shape or form, I accidentally placed it on 9/07 at 5:04 pm Order 3 ********** for Amarose Skin Tag Remover. I have called them several times since and begged them to cancel the order and they still refused I then called back after the product arrived for a return slip and they will NOT allow me to return it I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT and have made it very clear to them right from the start. I have NEVER dealt with a company so hateful in my whole life I would appreciate any and all help that you can get me. I have also disputed the charge on my card and this company said since I did that they can't help me no matter what Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you

I ordered the buy three get two free CBD gummies at 42.74 per bottle for the three bottles and then the two should have been free. They charged me $213.70 and the total should have been $128.22. I would either like to return them all for a full refund or have them refund the amount they owe me. They make it very hard to get in touch with them. This has not been resolved yet I sent the product back a week ago and I'm still waiting to hear. Dad told me I couldn't send it back until 60 days so I am hoping. Thank you for contacting me.

I sent the product back to them because they had a money back guarantee and still haven't seen a refund. When I first tried to get them to not send the order and take my money they said they couldn't but that in 60 days I could send it back for the full refund. On August 3, 2022 I purchased 5 bottles of keto gummies, and 1 bottle of keto capsules, and 1 additional bottle of keto gummies by mistake. The add said buy 3 bottles at $39.95 and get 2 free. Then the site goes thru a series of additional offers, which I mistakenly added 2 additional bottles of products I did not want. They ask you for your payment information and you are checked out before confirmation of order. So I was surprised to see my email receipt of $199.75 for the 5 bottles, and $79.90 for the additional 2 bottles. There is no contact information on the receipt other than a customer service telephone number good from M-F, 7am-7pm, MST. I called customer service August 4 inquiring about changing my order that was not an option, nor was cancelling my order, although the site states 100% money back guarantee, cancel anytime, send opened bottles back. I was told the order was already in que to mail, I needed to try it first. I stated I no longer wanted the order, I would call for a return receipt once I received it, they said they would note that. I received the pkg August 9, 2022. I called August 12 for the return order number and was told I had to wait 60 days before I could return or request product. The terms and conditions on site state the product is backed by 100% money back guarantee, cancel anytime, within 30 days of shipment, return all bottles, no returns accepted after 60days. So I called a second time August 12, 2022 and explained to the gentleman I understand they may ne a 3rd party, possibly affliant marketing, but what they are doing is fraudulent and according to their terms and conditions I am entitled to 100% money back, and that's what I would like. He said write return to sender on pkg and mail back, when I asked will I receive my money then he said no, maybe in 60 days. My final reply was I was going to report them to the BBB for resolution, and warn others anout this site.Business Response

Per the web sites terms and conditions they have to receive the product back before a refund will be made. I did mail the product, I have a ups tracking number it was received. Now I am being told because I violated the company's policy for refund before 60 days I just lose my money. You can't get past the call center it frustrating. They are online I don't have any additional information, I can find a physical business in California with the shipping address, I have a feeling they are just the supplier.

Turn this site it terms in condition state the company must receive the product before issuing a refund so I sent the product back via UPS I have confirmation they received it 14 days after confirmation of receipt I called to follow up and now I'm being told due to violating company policy of returning product prior to 60 days I don't qualify for a refund
