    I dont even think they deserve a one star they didnt tell me, but it was contracted out to Simple Moving but it was originally through ************. Theyre terrible about getting back to me. They told me that it was going to be here within a week that was three weeks ago. Ive been in contact by email. Finally I got through to somebody and she told me last Friday 3 to 5 business days and its still not here and I have a job that I cant get back to because of it, but the lack of communication is absolutely horrible. I cannot get through to my driving company even though when I asked to be transferred to customer service it hangs up on me. I cant call American Moving either because it wont let me leave a message. It hangs up on me as well its terrible terrible thing I feel like Ive been scammed and my whole life is in that truck, including my work, which I have not been able to get back to since my stuff isnt here yet. Im losing so much money by the day. Please never ever use American Moving or Simple Moving because its not that simple. They made me think that they were following me right out here to *******, ******* from *********.

    these were the best and most professional movers we have ever had. They arrived early but since we weren't home yet, they patiently waited until we got home at our original move time. They finished in a timely manner with both packing up our stuff and loading/unloading even though it was an extremely hot day. They placed everything in the correct rooms and had good communication with each other. this is the first time in our 6 moves that nothing has been lost or broken. I would hire them for any ********** move! They are quite **********************.

    It was the best experience with movers I've ever had. The guys showed up on time and were super clean and professional. They impressed me with their large truck, ready to go with all the equipment inside. I did pre-pack my boxes, so I was kind of ready as well, but they jumped into the work right away, disassembling everything wrapped so carefully like it was their own again really impressed. So it took them a bit longer than I expected, but now I understand because they take great care of all my staff. Truly and greatly appreciate all your help, professionalism, kindness, and also willingness to help shout out to **** and ******, who helped me the other day.Thank you again, guys!

    Great service. Fast and efficient.Their moving crew arrived on time, were very polite and professional throughout the entire process and most importantly took a good care of our belongings (no damages).Their pricing model was very straightforward without any hidden fees and they were very upfront about every single thing they charge for during my initial call for the quote. I would recommend and use their service again in a heartbeat!

    Have moved with Simple moving 3rd time.
    And got a great experience again!!
    Guys are just doing their job PERFECTLY!!!!!!!
    Starting from booking with a nicest sales management, who can professionally advise your needs .
    Team was awesome. Communicative, kind with a great energy, that made my move easier:)
    Guys wrapped all furniture pieces , and all stuff , with caring , even wall art I have, with no asked.
    Carried heavy over 300lb closet as a weightless thing :)) so professionally , so simple, so great .

    I really would like to recommend this company for that ones , who are looking for professional, careful, helpful, efficient,responsible, respectful service.

    It was an amazing experience! I am very happy that I chose this company. I usually control everything and can't be calm, especially when it comes to my personal things. But these guys were so attentive and accurate that I was able to trust them completely and I am very glad.

    I wanna highly recommend Simple moving, they've got excellent service. Movers came on time, acted professionally, everything went super smoothly. Not my first move but definitely gonna stick to those guys in future.
