In August I paid my account early and the payment just was in pending for about a couple days so I reached out for help. I was told to make a payment through ****** for a workaround from your department so I did that but then it caused my account to be late. My score dropped, and they fix that but now I have an error saying that my account is waiting to be updated and verified because of the issue you guys were having with your updates on your systemever since I have not been able to use my account and Ive reached out numerous times to ask for help. Ask for supervisor help. Nothing has been ******* has now been over 2 months with no help and getting told I cant talk to a manager. This is horrendous business practices. I have 3 different ticket numbers with the same generic messages. No one is telling me how far they are in the process. If theres an issue with my information, they just keep telling me I have to wait. I keep getting errors on my account now that showing that Im late and Ive never been late and nowt its a pop-up that comes up that says that I need verification for the last two months and nothing has been done.Business Response

Absolutely terrible company. I deposited $100 on the app to cover a loan. I paid the loan back with my debit card instead of using the 100 in my balance. I go to withdraw the 100 dollars from my balance which clearly shows I have 100 in my balance then it says I must contact customer support. 7 customer support agents later and they all say a resolution continues to be worked on and I should be able to withdraw the money by the end of the day. Its two weeks later and the *********************** my account for no reason other than their own lazy technical error. They should be penalized for holding my money. My last message to them is as follows, Here we go AGAIN ! I need to be able to withdraw my funds IMMEDIATELY. Im tired of this issue. Youre my 7th rep now. I am able to get a loan but I cant withdraw the loan or my own money that Ive deposited and Im getting tired of it. I have two kids and at least need to be able to withdraw the 100 Ive deposited. Ive had 2 reps tell me they are going to get to the bottom of it but its been more than 24 hours. I have had the app reset, the plaid reset, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. this is a horrible experience. I just want you to finally fix this for me please. Reporting to the proper authorities if my money isnt in my account by the end of the day EST. The last agent I talked to said this would be handled by the end of the business day, which was a Friday. I built the urgency around the fact that this is a holiday weekend and that I would not be able to access the funds until the following Tuesday if the issue was not fixed. This loan was due to be repaid on October 17 and is now past due.

I requested a loan online as I have done ***** times already in the last year. However this company made some changes. I said yes to a loan but they didnt and havent verified my bank card I wanted to use. I am unable to get anyone on the phone and when I try to do chat online, they tell me they will escalate the issue and contact me back. This card change shouldve taken 30 mins it had now been 2 weeks and it still hasnt been resolved and bcz of this excessive time its taking to allow my card to be attached to the account I told them to cancel this loan before I would even be funded for it. They said they would several times but apparently they didnt and the funds were sitting in their system but not in my bank for days and they chose to put it into one of my bank accounts WITHOUT, mg permission. I told them I already got a loan at a mother company and did NOT want their services ever again. Now its saying their loan is due. Mind you, they deposited the funds into a bank account of mine after they told me theyd cancel it and supposedly couldnt attach my bank card to my solo account. And turned around and want the money for it immediately after depositing it into my bank account.Business Response

This is a peer to peer lending app, I borrow $575 on 9/12/24 and promised to have the amount of $605 deducted from my debit card on 9/26/24. They changed my card on the due date for the amount owed. The app had the payback pending and also stated I was 1 day past due, when the moment was pending and deducted from my bank account. On 9/27/24, the pending payment cleared my bank but I received and email from Solo stating that I was past due and they were charging a fee. I immediately emailed them back and checked by profile and they pending payment disappear and it says my account is past due.I contacted my bank and they said the payment cleared fine and to contact Solo. I emailed Solo customer support and they emailed me back saying they sent my ticket to another team who has not yet contacted me back.I've emailed them a total of 6 times regarding this and at this point I don't know what to do. No am not getting a response from ********* the meantime, my profiles score as a borrower is dropping low which will prevent me from borrowing or borrowing at my current max in the future.I have bills to pay and I'm afraid I will have to block Solo and dispute the charge with my bank.If my bank refunds it back, I will pay it again using a prepaid option, because they will attempt to take the $605 out again plus a late fee, when it was already paid on timeBusiness Response

7 days ago I was funded a loan from a lender on the app. After submitting the withdrawal for my funds the website told me it will take up to 24 hours to get to my account. 7 days later its still not there and the app is saying Im still required to payback the loan. Ive talked to multiple people and theyve told me that this will be resolved and if not the loan will be cancelled and I wont be penalized for late payment. On their website they are falsely claiming that there hasnt been any reported issues and everything is up and running which is a lie. Ive talked to multiple people who have had issues and has been charged for a loan theyve never received. I requested a loan for a emergency situation from solo funds. Someone agreed and the funds went into the wallet on solo funds platform on 09/16/2024. I have not been able to withdraw the money. Ive contacted "customer service" on the app, the website and through email which i got excuses and flat out lies and then they just stopped responding. I told the last "person" i talked to that i dont want the loan anymore the payback date is in a few days and i dont want to be charged. They assured me that wouldnt happen and that their "Working on it" of course the repayment day comes and they tried to withdraw the funds twice. Luckily i contacted my bank prior and they told me to keep my account locked just in case this is a scam. I contacted solo funds today about them trying to steal the money out of my account even though i couldnt even get the loan out of their wallet and they completely ignored what i said and just sent me a ticket number and said there still working on me being able to withdraw the money.Business Response

Recently signed up for the app, and requested a loan. Quickly after posting my request, it was funded by a lender. Money showed up in my Solo (wallet), so I withdrew it to my bank. The money never got sent to my bank. After giving it some time, I went back into the app and it shows the money in the Solo wallet like nothing happened. Now when I try to withdraw the money I get an error message every time and I am not able to withdraw the funds to my bank. Why is this company allowed to continue letting lenders put their money into their faulty, non functional app when they know it does not work? If this isnt illegal it should be. Ive never encountered a more unprofessional, shady, and just plain bad app/business. They have 0 transparency and probably should be shut down and sued into oblivionBusiness Response

I downloaded this app because I am struggling financially, and needed some funds to get me through til my next check. I posted a loan request in the app, and it was funded Saturday 09/20. Since then I have not been able to even withdraw those funds from the app to my bank account therefore making them unusable. I gotten the runaround everyday since then about how theyre having issues with their app, and that it would be fixed. Its still not fixed, and they are still letting lenders fund requests with their hard earned money while knowing that their app is non functional. These issues apparently have been going on for months and yet they still have kept their app live. I think this is probably against some sort of rules or regulations. Lenders are pretty much using them as a bank unknowingly at this point because there will be no return on their investment. This is ridiculous.Business Response
