    I ordered an I Prevail men's hoodie size 3x on October 23rd. I did not receive the order *********** November 20th. The hoodie was very small. More like a 1x. The very next day on November 21st I mailed it back to them asking for a refund of my $93.83. The **** tracking number when checked states they received my package on December 4th. Since sending this back to them I have received no contact from them, nor my refund. I simply want my money refunded to me. Their website states they issue refunds within 30 days. Other than them taking over a month to initially get me my order, I did send it back the very next day which would be very much within their guidelines. My order number is IPVSHP12618

    This customer sent back the hoodie that they said did not fit them and we sent them a full refund for the price of the item. The refund was processed on our end on 1/8/24 so the customer has already received the funds back into their account. The email they sent about the issue was responded to. Not sure what else we can do here to fix this problem for the customer as they've received their money back for the item already.

    I order in 2/10/23, 40 days waiting.The item is a shirt, and was label as Back order with a window of possibility 30 days to the shipment.The status never had any update, is only OrderedI already try to contact the company trough the only channel on their web-site.3 cases I opened, I and just get automated emails promising answer in 3 business day.I never got any return.Cases CA288913 CA289722 CA290592 My order number ******* I can wait more, but I need to know when will be delivery, or my refund.

    I ordered a concert shirt that I was given the wrong size at the show. They finally had it on the band Website and I placed the order on 10/27/ 2023 I paid $19.99 plus $10.55 for specific shipping plus taxes. On Nov 3rd I emailed them for a status update & I got an automated reply saying someone would reach out to me. They have not. I went back to check and ZERO movement on the order. I called the phone number 2X. I had to ****** it as it's not listed on the site at ALL I got a weird beeping sound. Went on their ******** page similar stories went on Reddit same thing. No response from the Company at all.

    My daughter purchased a box set of records and collection from King ***** merchandise in August of 2023 with the cost being ****** when she purchased it on my card she was told by email that it would take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Pretty normal I thought. A month goes by nothing. No email updated nothing so I try to get a hold of them by phone they don't have a working phone number so the only way to contact them was via email so I wrote to them explaining the issue how long we have been waiting they asked for the confirmation number I provided it to them. They then replied that they were moving warehouses and were behind on orders and that her item was now out of stock they said they would update when they get it back which they said could be a couple weeks. I said .. ok and then asked them why they don't have a customer service number most legitimate business do they said they don't need one only email. I then contacted them again with my concerns about not having the product we purchased and how much money we paid for and wanted to know what the next steps were to get our products I emailed that a month later in July. They STILL stated this product was on back order and they were still moving. I then said I at this point would like a ETA on when they expect their inventory so I can tell my daughter they said nothing. It's now November no updates no emails back no money back no product. I don't understand how it takes 3 months to receive something we were told would take up to 10 days. They don't update or even reach out to us. That's a lot of money to just take from a customer and not send any products. Please help me get my money or product back. The merchandise number is or case number they say is # CA282227 it is called the *********************** box set.

    I ordered three vinyl albums from Kings Road Merch in July (order # *******). I received them recently and the vinyls themselves were pressed poorly and have hisses and pops. I created a case ( # CA286270) on their website to return the items 6 days ago and haven't heard back. I can't call, email, update, add to my case or do anything else to check on the status. This request, to return items is a standard one and it's not only pathetic, but just plain wrong that I received damaged items and can't get an email back how to return them. This is terrible customer service and I want a refund.

    I recently ordered a Cannibal Corpse hoodie back in September. Tried multiple times to check the status on my order, and it says I placed no order when I check on the site. Yet my card was charged. Trying to find a way to reach out to customer service but its impossible. At this point just want my money back. This website is a scam and should be shut down immediately!

    I ordered a record, *****************' "Closing Time" from Kings Road Merch on 3/6/2023 (order #*******).At the time I was moving to a new address but that fell through. I went to their website to fill in a change of address request. I never got a response. Over TEN times I filled out the request form and nothing. FINALLY, on 6/6/2023 I got a response saying the claim had been filed. I then received notice it had been shipped to the wrong address still. When I found a phone number to call, ************ as listed on their site, I got this message, "The number you are trying to reach is busy, please leave a voice mail." So I go to leave a voicemail and conveniently I get, "Sorry this mailbox is full." There is no email address to message or any way to contact these people. I just want my money back at this point but cannot reach them at all.It's for order #*******. I need the address to be:******************* ********************************************************************* I have called and the number has been busy every time I call and the mailbox is full. I will now be launching a complaint to the Better Business bureau.

    Ordered an expensive sweatshirt from this company on May 2nd and have never received it. I've emailed them numerous times without a response. I want my money back!

    I pre-ordered an item from this company for Hollywood Undead merchandise. That was March 3,2023. The item was supposed to be released April 24th and ship by that date. I never received a shipping notification and waited a few days. My order still stated unfulfilled. I reached out to their supposed customer service through the website and was told I would receive a reply within 48 hours..nothing. Sent another messagenothing. Tried to call any and all customer service numbers, voicemail is full, cant leave a message. Contacted them through their ******** page and was told there was a small delay but we are expecting the items to arrive very soon to the warehouse and will ship them out as soon as possible. A week passed and still nothing. I messaged them again and now they claim that the pre order item has a release date of 5/26. I was not told that last week and Ive checked the website every single day and its always said item release date 4/24, So it was recently changed. They did not notify any customers via email or anything regarding the change of the release date. I have sent further messages since they replied to me with Hello, this item is a preorder with an expected release date of 5/26. Your order will ship once the item arrives in our warehouuse. Thanks for your patience. Cheers, -KRM I replied to this stating that the release date was 4/24 and I received no notifications that things were change and they refuse to answer me. At this point I sincerely doubt this item will ship for the new supposed release date again. Mind you this was an 85 dollar hoodie and with shipping and tax cost *****. There is no form of good customer service with this company, its non existent. It should be illegal to operate this way when people spend their hard earned money on their merchandise.
