            I spent weeks doing reviews of products and tried to ************** the few dollars I had earned. I am unable to redeem the lousy few dollars, and the company makes the same comment over and over to me that I need to update my personal information. This is a scam company. Beware spending any time on reviews for which you will never be paid.

            We sincerely apologize for this members experience. Bizrate Rewards provides thousands of consumers with the opportunity to take surveys and earn rewards each day. It is certainly not our intention for reward redemptions to be a difficult process, to date members have redeemed over $150,000 in gift cards.In this case, our partner responsible for handling the redemption was facing technical challenges which prevented their system from recognizing the account in question. Our customer service team was in contact with the member throughout the process and did send a gift card as the issue continued to be researched.Once again, we apologize to the member, thank her patience and hope that she will give us another try in the future.
