I did a study just titled Food Study through Hivemind May 7-11th, 2024 and was also chosen for a live interview based on good performance in the multi-day study. The live interview was May 14th, 2024. I have not been paid the money for either and have tried contacting them via email, phone, and ******** and have not gotten a single response. I had a zoom study for 30 minutes with ***********************. I was told after completing the study I would receive my 50 dollar gift card. I completed the study and still haven't received anything. I tried reaching out by email and phone but had no luck with either. I just want to receive my gift card that was promised so I can pay for a ticket that is need.Business Response

I did a focus group for Hivemind back on Feb 28 of this year. It involved 2 parts. Completed both including a virtual interview with a lady name ******. The name of the project was the Diversity Study. After completing that study, I never was paid. Then after reaching out due to lack of communication on thier part, I was finally told I had been accepted into phase 3 of this project. I completed that back on March 24th of this month. I was suppose to be paid a total of $300 but havent received anything yet. They havent been responsive with me either and keep blowing me off. This is bad business and I just want my money. They havent updated me or nothing as to when my money is coming.Business Response

This was a market research that I was chosen for that was conducted for fanduel casino on march 12th, 2024 the zoom call was 2 hours and compensation was to be 200$ for 2 hours. I participated in a focus group and was to be paid and its been 13 days and still not received it. Also, there was separate prizes for videos submitted. *** emailed repeatedly and texted and called and they havent responded in days. The potent is electronic gift card. As the study outlined at the start, you would be paid $200 for the activity and an extra $100 only if your video was selected as one of the Top 5. Unfortunately, your video was not selected so you only received the original $200 that was promised.

I completed an interview / survey for them over 3 weeks ago. I was supposed to be paid $175 for my time. I have reached out countless times via email and phone and even left more than one voice message. I have not received a single response. The project code is ********, the coordinator is ******* (who I have contacted and left voicemails for more than once). I am now reporting to the BBB because I have no other options I cannot get any kind of response. I did a survey that connected me to a research study about pets. The study provider ********************** intentionally reached on 12/08/2023 and informed me that I qualified for the research study on 12/20/2023 from 5-6pm and that I would receive a $75 dollar gift card as compensation. ********************** reached out again on 12/15/2023 and then on 12/20/2023 the morning of the day of the study reminding me to attend. I attended the research study and completed it and I have yet to be paid. Ive emailed ******* Panjabi numerous of times at ********************************* only to be lied to over and over again. I reached out again and now this company Hivemind.zone emailed me and told me that I would be paid no later than January 2nd. It was another lie. I still have not received payment. I would like to be compensated immediately $75 and I'm including screenshots of emails from both ******* and Hivemind.Business Response

I have completed a study on pets recently and was promised a gift card incentive it was supposed to arrive yesterday and now they gave me the run around it will be here today and its still not!!!!
