    Will never order anything from here ever again and wouldnt recommend anyone else to do so either. Placed an order, after over 2 weeks with no update I emailed asking if my order would be shipped soon. I got a reply stating that it will be shipped in another 2 weeks because of some delay. Fine. After ANOTHER 2 weeks with nothing, I reached out again to be told that maybe itll ship within another 3 weeks. Lol. Cancel it. Keep in mind they never reached out to me to explain anything, I had to reach out to them. I also never got ***************, so theres not a delay for that either. Ive never had such a poor experience when ordering something online, and I do so often. As far as quality of the jewelry, nothing special, very overpriced for what it is. My necklaces Ive ordered from them in a previous order have already worn out and I havent even worn them much. Also, looking at these reviews from upset customers with valid concerns and reading the completely rude and unprofessional responses from the owner is quite comedic, makes sense why they run the company the way they do. Ill be patiently waiting my snarky response :) Not a good look! Dont order from here.

    We were very transparent with this customer about the timeline due to delays in our warehouse. We gave this customer options to cancel and be refunded based on this timeline. We did not reach out about the shutdown because we were anticipating it to end but it has been difficult with the bank closure. We allow for free reshipments of any tarnished or damaged piece of jewelry within 6 months. We have also made steps to make our jewelry last longer and have put this on each product page. The replies are from the customer service team NOT the owner. The replies are all respectful and honest. We are so happy that this customer has successfully received their refund and wish them well.

    This company is a SCAM or really just doesn't have their stuff together!!! I regret ever clicking on that ******** ad in the first place. It took several emails over the course of a month and me calling and demanding my money back this afternoon for my order to actually be shipped. They are not upfront about the fact that your purchase could take up to 4 weeks to ship prior to ordering (as seen in a prior review), and I was then told today that it's actually 6 weeks not 4 weeks. As I was on the phone with the customer service rep, I "coincidentally" received a shipping notification for the product, so calling and being a "*****" does get you somewhere with them, I guess. However, it is something that I no longer need or want (it was originally a Christmas gift turned mid-January birthday gift). If they cannot fulfill orders, they should likely back off the advertising. I was told the extra two weeks of delay are due to COVID shut downs of their entire operation twice in December. I am compassionate ** illness outbreaks and the seriousness of COVID, but businesses have had 2 years to implement health and safety policies to protect their staff and keep their businesses running. Frasier Sterling is way behind the times. But they have my money and that's all they care about clearly. Can't wait for this useless waste of money to arrive.

    We are not a scam. The order being shipped out had nothing to do with her demanding anything the order was just shipped out from it's designated que.

    We are literally upfront about the timeline of custom products. We literally list this information of 2-4 weeks before an item ships out on each product page.

    In addition to that we have this information of the additional two weeks both on our FAQ page and then we send a confirmation email once an order has been placed detailing the timeline.

    So we literally told this and every customer the timeline before, during and after the order was placed.

    It was very ironic to be on the phone with this customer letting them know of the information that I just explained above and them telling me it was a scam only for them to get the confirmation while on the phone which prompted them to relax and believe me.

    Again so sorry that you wanted it for a specific date but again as the timeline details it had the potential to not arrive in 21 days as we make sure to inform the customer of this before, during and after their order was placed.

    COVID is still a real thing, even though we have had two years to implement protocols that does not mean that the virus no longer has the capability to infect people.

    This customer was upset because they did not read information regarding their order. Even though they were incorrect we even then cancelled their order. I believe she is upset because she didn't get items for Christmas, but regardless of whatever holidays people celebrate the rules and guidelines we state will be final. Again even then we still cancelled her order for her.

    I emailed the business this email ( Hi! I just ordered a necklace but did not see that it can take 4+ weeks. Will this order be to me by Christmas?? If not I need to cancel.
    ) the day that my order was placed, on 12/5, and received an email back from their customer service that said verbatim "Any custom order placed before Wednesday, 12/7 will arrive before Christmas. I would anticipate it shipping out the week of the 18th!" Despite what their FAQ's say, this was the exact verbiage in email I received. I ordered many custom gifts for the holidays and followed this same process of emailing the company to see if I would receive my gifts in time, and every other company followed the timeline they personally gave me in their responses, despite their general timeframes given on their websites. This company later told me I would have had to cancel my order within 48 hours of ordering because it was a custom order, but why would I cancel if I was assured on the day that I ordered it that I would receive it before Christmas? I was unable to resolve this issue via the multitude of emails that were exchanged, but they did finally cancel my order after leaving several bad reviews on here, trust pilot, and social media platforms. It's sad that it had to come to that, and that the issue couldn't have been resolved without taking such drastic measures. Nevertheless, I was relieved by the cancellation and to be done dealing with this company.

    If I could give lower, I would. I placed an order July 3 and although it was a holiday weekend, customer service says I'm still another week before the item is even shipped. Citing shipping delays, COVID supply issues and other non factors. Although my wait isn't as bad as the other reviews here and their website, I'm sure my outcome with be equal in disappointment. Save the money and headache, don't order from here.

    This was a similar response a few weeks ago when I checked on an update. This isn't the forum for back and forth and this isn't a one off case as the slew of similar and related complaints have been a much documented history. I do hope you feel better.
