  BEWARE: THIS BUSINESS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! THEY OPERATE A WEBSITE ******************************* ARE SCAMMERS!My order was marked as delivered but never actually received, tried to email customer service, phone leads no where, cant get a response from anyone. Used the chat option on the website. Nothing. Im pretty sure I was scammed out of 400$. Filed a claim with *** ex since they delivered it to the wrong address or this company deliberately sends items to the wrong address. I have no idea whats going on here but its sketchy & customer service is non existent. So BEWARE !! Do not purchase from any online retailer that is not BBB accredited like this one. Whats funny is that if I click on the ****** link thats on their website their ****** business profile pops right up but Im not able to leave a review. However, If I ****** it using ****** its no where to be found. The location I found on their website. It lead to a strip mall which theyre located in under a different business name. ****** learned on my end. Dont let it happen to you. The website is a scam! Im 1000% sure this is happening to many other people and they just cant find them online to leave a review ??. Ill be reporting this business!

  This business has now crossed into potentially criminal territory. After I filed a chargeback with my credit card company because I never received my order (and was ignored repeatedly by customer service), Factory Direct Jewelry turned around and charged my card AGAIN for $378.98 without my authorization or consent.Let me be clear:I did NOT approve this second charge.The order was already canceled.This is unauthorized billing and a blatant violation of federal consumer protection laws.I am also a business owner, and Im fully aware of how payment processing rules work. Recharging a card after a dispute, especially when the customer never received the product, is unethical and fraudulent. I have reported the unauthorized charge to my credit card issuer, and Im in the process of filing formal complaints with the **** CFPB, and the ************************* ********************** is now facing a growing paper trail of misconduct between ignored refund requests, an undelivered item, and now a fraudulent re-charge.This is my second complaint with the BBB regarding this situation! I am demanding:An immediate reversal of the unauthorized $378.98 charge.A written confirmation that no further charges will be attempted.A public record of this dispute for other consumers to see.This is unacceptable, and I will continue to pursue every available avenue until this is resolved and this company is held accountable.

  I ordered a necklace and a pendant and it was awful. The chain broke within days and I even had it fixed and it snapped before we could even leave the building in a totally different place! Not real solid gold. Was told by an actual jeweler!

  Terrible business to deal with I received my item was too small for my chain they approved refund I sent it back they said they never received package when **** said it was indeed delivered!

  Customer states that she returned the item back to us, but the item was never received. She cannot even provide a valid order number, so that we can check her order. We were asking for the shipping label that she have used, so that we can verify the address where she sent the item to, but she does not want to cooperate. We cannot issue a refund, if we have not received the item yet.

  I recently purchased a 10k gold cross charm. It was marketed a real ******** paid about $100 for a small gold cross. I was so excited when I received it. I wrote a very positive review on their website. I wore the cross just a few times. 2 days ago I was showing my ******* realized the "gold" was completely smudged off & it was a black charm painted in gold. I had to pay $13 to ship it back & receive a refund. I still haven't received a refund & to be honest I'd be surprised if I did. Fake gold!! So disappointed

We are certified and manufacture our jewelry here in *****************, all our pieced are stamped in accordance to ***************** stamping act. We only work with real solid metals, we do not do any gold plating. I have seen the black discoloration on your cross, unfortunately while gold is very durable it will still tarnish depending on the environment it is used in, it is also greatly affected when in contact with chemical, body moisturizers, sun lotions and even with perspiration if the ** is high enough. Luckily it can always be polished back to its original shine. 

  We are sorry this experience was not up to your expectation, since we have received your return I have refunded your order.

  I have been buying from Factory direct Jewelry for a few years now. I came here to make sure I write a review for them. Great company, great service. I am happy with the products and their quality, Anytime I want a fast gift Factory direct is where I look.

  I ordered a pendant, and paid through PayPal. I received no order confirmation and cannot see the transaction on my PayPal. My bank account shows that the payment was taken out of my account but it does not appear in my order history on your website or my PayPal account. I tried multiple times before to pay through the website, but my bank detected fraud alert and I should have listened to them. Please help resolve this.

  I ordered a medallion, the description of which was clear that it was a "10 kt solid gold," "metal purity: 10 kt," and "metal: yellow gold" medal. However, when the item arrived, it was stamped with 925, the stamp for sterling silver on jewelry. This would indicate it is gold-plated but not "solid gold" or "metal purity: 10 kt" as it described.

  I replied to the email sent from the company a couple of days ago. I have not received a response. It is inaccurate that they did not receive a response from me. While it is good to know the mold contains an error, that is a poor business practice and is a major error for anyone who is in the business of jewelry. You don't put the wrong stamps on metals. That's sort of the 101 of it all.
