    Excellent customer service provided by *****, I was not able to travel to ****** the days that I stated in the car insurance policy because I had a family emergency, so I asked ***** to do the amendment to the new dates, and he did it in no time!!I have been using *********************************************** for many years and every time that I travel to ****** and I will keep with them forever because agents like ***** make a big difference for all of us.*****, Thanks for your time and help.

    I called and talked to ***** and he was great. I bought a new truck and needed to replace my old truck with the new one. I was leaving in a couple of days. I was able to get the transaction done in a timely manner. He was very helpful.

    I called ***** at Lewis and Lewis Insurance to re issue a policy. He advised I would have the new dec page by 4 PM that same day. He delivered! In today's world, that is no longer the norm. He paid attention to detail and was very professional. He knew his stuff! I worked in an independent insurance agency for 39 years and recognize his expertise! Thank you!

    We have used *********************************************** for 3 previous Baja Mexico trips and found their website easy to navigate and have found the rates competitive. We had purchased insurance for a 3 month trip this year but unfortunately on our first day of travel south my wife had a heart attack resulting in a hospital stay and an immediate return home. I contacted *********************************************** to cancel the policy which they did without question, and due to the circumstances even waived some of the cancellation fees. Very few companies have this outstanding levelof customer service. I wouls recomend *********************************************** without question.
