I have sent Nutribullet an email via their website, no response. I have called CS on hold for so long that I finally hung up. I do not know if part of my product is broken, I have questions and cannot get answers as no one will answer the email or the phone.Initial Complaint

I am submitting a complaint regarding a NutriBullet product we purchased and the unsatisfactory customer service experience with the vendor.We contacted the vendor within the 30-day warranty period to report that the unit we received was excessively loud, to the point of being barely usable. This was particularly disappointing as we have owned two similar NutriBullet products with no issues. Additionally, there is an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the motor, which raises concerns about the products safety and functionality.I first emailed the vendor on Sept 1 with no response, so I called on Sept 3 to escalate. They then tried to argue that the 30-day warranty had expired, even though the unit didnt arrive until after Aug 5, clearly placing our complaint within the warranty period.The vendor opened a case (Case #CA1947682), but instead of providing a simple resolution, they made the process unnecessarily difficult. I initially requested a replacement unit, but the vendor suggested replacing the "top" or screw-on portion first. They agreed that if this did not resolve the issue, they would replace the ******** one point, they requested we cut the electric cord, take a picture of the severed cable, & then they would send out a new unit. I explained this would leave us without a mixer for at least two weeks, which is not practical. The case was created on Sept 3, and I was assured the replacement top would arrive within 710 days. As of today, Sept 21, we have yet to receive the ******* this stage, I am requesting the vendor send a new NutriBullet unit immediately to replace the defective one & provide a pre-paid return label for the faulty unit. Alternatively, if they are unable to provide a replacement that resolves these issues, I am requesting a full refund so that we can purchase a reliable product. I Order from Walmart.com on Dec 09, 2023 order# *******-03502206. No damage to ********** was never replaced. This the second nutribullet I purchased in 2 years that gone bad by burning smell & almost catching a fire. I only use it minimum once a month if that. If no resolution, Ill just stop purchasing these. I reached out sent pictures to ******** in customer service was no help. Then, I called in 5/29/24 spoke to melody at 1115am couldnt get my address or serial number correct. Ive already loaded pictures. Of this an issue, Ill stop buying these & let **************** know how they burn out after 6 months to a year almost causing a house fire.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item in 12/26/23, which I returned to the company on 2/2/24. I have called and emailed the company numerous times requesting my refund and it still has not been paid out. It has now been over 3 months. The credit card used to pay for the item was canceled so I was guaranteed I would be mailed a check, however, again after over 3 months, it still has not been sent to me. After speaking with several representatives, the company is suddenly saying they did not receive the item, although I paid for tracked shipping which shows they did receive the item on 2/7/24. Also, this was not brought up by any of the representatives I have spoken to over the past 3 months, as all of them assured me my check was "on the way". This business continues to produce trash that is going to end up becoming E-Waste or cluttering our beautiful planet. All of their new magic bullet products have failed within a few uses. Companies like this should be regulated. Our planet can't afford more trash.Initial Complaint

I had a problem with the Nutribullet blade where the gasket was popping out. After numerous emails to Nutribullet to honor their warranty, I called and spoke with Supervisor *****. I purchased the unit 11 months ago, and it has a 1 year warranty. His story as to why he would not take care of the problem continued to change. He said the warranty was **** months, then he changed it to 6-8 months, then he said the gasket popping out was a wear and tear problem not warranty, then he said you're supposed to replace the blade every 6 months(!). He did everything in his power to not honor the 1 year warranty, even lying that I had never provided proof of purchase (which I did as well). It was just an endless insult of lies and I will never be a nutribullet customer again. Absolutely deceptive and will avoid honoring the warranty coming up with any excuse they can think of.Initial Complaint

In April 2023 for my birthday my family Purchased a Nutri bullet Brew Choice and ****** coffee maker. I used it maybe three time when I started to see that when I was trying to Brew 4 cups of Coffee the water tank would do **** cups of coffee not the 4 cups. I unplugged it to see if it resets itself and still did the same thing. I contact the company by email on there website. I received an email from ******************************** giving me a case# CA1748936. He advised that the item had an expired warranty and they would not replace the item they can only give me a discount to purchase A new one. I do not thing this is fair due to my family purchased this in April and did not know the warranty was expired. Who can tell this when buying a product. I then called the company and a supervisor told me there was nothing they could do. I ordered from nutribullets website on 7/20/2023. order ******. $28.06 Ordered the wrong item so I initiated a return. RA255450 I followed their entire process. Shipped it **** tracking. I even called as they requested to confirm the item arrived back to them on 8/1/2023. They confirmed. Said 3-5 business days for my refund. Today is 8/14. Ive get to receive my money. I called and they said up to another 17 days for my refund and if I dont see it, to call them back again. At this time, they are in receipt of the good that I purchased and have had ample time to refund my money. This is clearly a business practice designed to hold onto peoples money. It is theft. I purchased a nutri bullet mini juicer 7/9/23. Order Number ****** The juicer splashes every where, so I returned it. I was informed it was received as of 8/2/23. After being harassed with all the product code information a series of numbers over and over of a product you know what you sent to me. Felt totally harassed about the information asked for a supervisor who continued to ask all this information. After then he finally gave me the authorization to return it. Now I'm being told 30 days to process a return that is in there possession. This is ridiculous to me. I've shopped millions of dollars and never had to wait 30 days for a return. This should be posted on their website to let customers know. This is the most craziest policy I've ever experienced. I demand my return be processed asap.Thank you!!!
