    I have ordered frequently from the company but I had 2 specific orders that I paid for but was never delivered. I emailed multiple times and their replies were always "We show it was fulfilled" but never escalated my issue nor addressed the fact that I actually DID NOT receive the product. I referenced these order #s below. I still to date have not received the product nor have I received a refund or credit to my account.Order # ****** on 8/28/23 for $36.95 Order # ****** on 1/3/24 for $13.30

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. My name is **** ******, and I am the new CEO of Leaner Creamer as of 2025. I recently reviewed this complaint and want to personally acknowledge the inconvenience caused.


    While I was not with the company at the time these orders were placed, I take full responsibility for ensuring every customer is treated with care and that issues like this are resolved properly. I want to express my sincere apologies for the delay, the lack of follow-through, and the overall experience described. That is not how we operate today.


    To resolve this matter, we have offered the customer two options:
    A full refund on both orders, including shipping
    A replacement shipment with double the original order value, along with a selection of available flavors at no additional cost

    We are committed to making this right and to rebuilding trust with our customers. This complaint has been addressed directly with the customer, and we are awaiting their preferred resolution.

    I placed an order 9/27/2022 - got the stuff and really disliked the taste. Emailed 10/10/2022 and let them know I didn't like it. Not a word back. Emailed 10/18/2022 asking about a return. Got an email back 10/19 saying I could return unopened product within 15 days of delivery and I paid the shipping cost. I was concerned about the delay in them responding putting me past the 15 days but I got an email on 10/20 from ************ telling me I could return unopened creamer. I shipped it back and supplied an image of the tracking# and receipt to ************ on 10/21/22. The return arrived, according to the tracking information, on 10/26/22 at 10:44am. Odd email from ************ saying he would forward to management. 11/6/22 between me and ************ - odd - please send the return information so we can please check the status. So I sent tracking information again to him. He said he would be in touch soon, via 11/7/2022 email. They have the product (all but one opened package which I threw out) and I do not have my refund. I emailed 11/14 to inquire and said the return has been in your hands 3 weeks - you have the product and I do not have my refund. I told ************ I would reach out to the**** if I didn't hear from him by 11/18. No response. I tried messaging them throug their ******** page. I tried emailing through the website. NO RESPONSE. So 11/21, I reached out to the****. THis is a formal complaint. They have the product back and I do not have the refund. They have poor customer service and I feel as though this is fraud/theft. I had to pay a chunk of $ to ship it back - which tells me they don't care about customer service and don't back their product or it would be a 100% guarantee. But I damned sure expect that refund back since they have the product back. I have all emails and the tracking # if they are needed. I am furious with this company.

    THe saga continues. 11/24/22 or so, I let them know I had filed a complaint with the ***. I got an email at 4:30am from ************ asking what unopened creamer I return so they could issue a refund. I told him all but one package of pumpkin spice returned unopened - suggested he pull the order and review it. I have also posted on the ** page and they delete my post every time.

    Sometimes, all it takes is for a company to realize they are under the microscope and someone is investigating. My original order was $119. I had opened one bag and used it once - horrible tasting stuff. Couldn't return it. Had to pay my own shipping to return their product which doesn't seem fair but not surprising from that company. I have been given a refund of $92.85 (though I spent $35 to return the stuff). At this point, this is probably the best outcome I can get.

    I placed an order with Leaner Creamer on 8/21/22, for $42. They took the money out of my account and I still have not received my order. I received a **** tracking number via email on 8/22, and the status has remained 'your package is on its way to a **** facility'. I sent a note to customer service on 9/1, then again on 9/2 because they didn't respond to my 1st note, asking when my order will be shipping. They responded on 9/4 to let me know that management is aware. I reached out again on 9/7 and asked for an update, and there's been no response.

    I received the order yesterday, so this complaint is resolved. It seems like they sold me a product that was out of stock at the time I ordered it.
