    3/19/24 I made a purchase for a total of $53.35. What I received is very poorly made which you have to open the item to see that. The website states easy return policy but that's not the case. They won't return the item if it's opened but you can't tell the quality until you open the item. I am requesting a full refund.

    I used to love and talk so highly of this company. I purchased their "beach waves" extension set for $93.30 which I received on March 28, 2023 and have never been so dissappointed in a purchase. Order number ************. The last pony tail I bought from them had the same issue of drying and fraying at the bottom and feeling like complete plastic. I thought I had just gotten a bad ponytail and STILL gave them another chance just to be so highly let down with the same issue. I bought the extensions with the intention of wearing them to an event and within 20 minutes of me putting them in, and just being at home sitting around, they began to tangle horrendously. I took them out immediately and gently brushed with a wide tooth comb and detangler from bottom to top as advised. They are so horribly hard and frayed on the bottom I would be highly embarrassed to try to wear them. Huge waste of money and so sad to see the quality has diminished so much since I first bought from them. I still have three ponys I bought from them about a year and a half ago that I put through the ringer and they still look prestine. Unfortunately for me that's when I had a different color hair so they are unusable to me but I expected the same quality now that I went back blonde and both the ponytail and the extensions were a loss.

    This customer purchased the Beach Waves XTRA INCHES - Vanilla Blonde on March 20, 2023 and received the item on March 28, 2023. To date, we have not received any correspondence from the customer regarding any return or complaint inquiries.

    As per our return policy, we do not allow returns for opened items due to hygienic purposes and for the safety of our employees. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. Therefore, Insert Name Here will reach out to the customer to coordinate a return.

    I purchased order number ************ on 10/3/22. I received an email on 10/4/22 that my package had been shipped with UPS TRACKING: *********************************************************
    It is now 10/21/22. The tracking information states that the package was never received by the courier. I contacted the company who replied "We checked on our end and can confirm that your package has already been handed to the courier. Our shipping providers are currently experiencing an influx in shipping delays. Because of the backlog they are experiencing, many of the packages they are picking up from our fulfillment center are not being scanned into their systems & the packages are showing up as "label created" for an extended period of time."

    I then filed a report with Route, who responded " After looking into your order, it appears that your order is listed in a "pre-shipment" state. This simply means that the merchant has printed your shipping label and is working to fill your package, but has not yet transferred your package to the shipping carrier who will deliver it to your door.

    Since Route is a third-party company and as such we do not directly handle or ship out orders from our merchant partners."

    I then sent a screenshot of the reply back to Insert Name Here requesting a refund. I was told at this time I could only be offered a replacement or store credit. I want a refund. I do not want to order a replacement and end up in this same situation again. It seems the company is trying to scam me and will not take responsibility for its actions.

    I have confirmed now with both UPS and Route that the package was never dropped off by the merchant.

    The customer reached out to INH about not receiving their order. Upon checking on the order status, it was found that the package had already been handed to the courier and was awaiting carrier processing. INH advised the customer to file a claim on Route as Route package protection was purchased for the order.

    Route stated that the package was in a "pre-shipment" state; however, INH confirmed with the shipping facility that the package was handed off to the carrier and was awaiting carrier processing. The customer was advised that due to carrier backlog, many of the packages picked up from our fulfillment center are not being scanned into their systems & the packages are showing up as "label created" for an extended period of time.

    A replacement or store credit was offered to the customer and the customer preferred a refund. A refund was then issued to the customer..

    The company assured me that the package had been sent, however the package never arrived. I was issued a refund under the agreement that I would return the package when it came.

    HORRIBLE service!!!!! I placed an order and was not informed that the item would not be suitable for those with medical conditions that cause rapid hair loss. I have used this company before and used to recommend it to friends but am now DISGUSTED with the discrimination and unwillingness to help. I chose this company to help with my symptom of hair loss *************** and instead all they did was take money & provide a product that doesn't work. After reaching out to see if my concerns could be reconciled, the only responses I got were automated ones just trying to send me to their social media pages. Such a horrendous way to do business. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! You will be extremely disappointed and they will do NOTHING to help!!

The customer was informed about the different types of extensions offered and was also reminded that returns on open products are not accepted due to our return policy. An exception was made and the customer was provided with return instructions. Once the product is returned, a refund will be issued.
