    I placed an order in March 2025. I purchased additional products to qualify for a free straightening brush. I had to reach out to the company due to my order being incorrect and missing the brush. I did receive a replacement for the incorrect item at no charge, but I was told that the brush should arrive in a few weeks. I have reached out several times since then. It's now five months later and I still don't have the brush and the company is unresponsive on ********, which is the only way to contact them. Such a shame for a product that actually works. If I could leave no stars, I would.

    Hello, I ordered products from this company on 7/6/25 and I never received my product. The shop message is still saying that they are processing my order. I emailed them and they won't respond and still haven't sent my order. I paid $51.00 for my order. This company is a scam and should not be in business!

    I purchased an order on May 24th and it has been a month I still have not received my products or a refund I have emailed this company several times where they kept saying they were working on it and to email them again next week If it didn't ship then they just ignored my emails altogether. It has been 4 weeks no refund no products the excuse in the email is they went viral with the ****** ******* show so they were short on supplies but looking at everyone's previous comments this looks to be a scam to steal people's money I am very disappointed and I wonder if ****** ******* herself knows what she was promoting and how they are disrespecting their customers. I spent almost ****** on products and I work hard for my money if this is not resolved I will be seeking legal action. Thank you.

    I purchased the hair oil 5/23/25 for. $33.44 . I used the oil for 7days . My hair started breaking off and getting shorter and shorter. I contacted the company on several attempts to request to return my money....***** beauty advisor stated her disclaimer stated no refunds. ***** also stated that it may be an ingredient that I'm allergic to. I need my refund to compensate me for the destruction of my hair falling out. ?? Do Not purchase from this company.

    Hello my name is *********** **** I purchased 2 orders from this company my 1st order was on May 10th and 2nd order was on May 23rd I received my 2nd order but I didn't receive my 1st order iam extremely upset because there products do work but there shipping and delivery methods are horrible im this close to taking legal action because I have sent countless emails and ******** messages and getting the runaround it shouldn't take this long to get an order out im ****** off they haven't offer other options like reshipment or a refund but keep my money

    I purchased hair products from this company a month ago and I still havent received it. I made numerous inquiries via email and through their instagram page. They do not respond with updated or accurate information. They do not try to resolve the issue at all. They are definitely scamming people and they need to be stopped. Do not buy from them.

    I received melted , spilled product in shipping envelope. I was told my order would be replaced. The replacement was a hair oil. I ordered a 3 piece set of hair products. I complained about not receiving my full replacement order and was ignored. This not reputable business practices. The company is a sham.If you have a million dollar business and can't replace products there is something wrong, Make it make sense ! The product sold dosen't have the ounces on the product. Do tell us how to compare to simular products. If a business is not BBB certified you're take a chance with your money.

    Please do not buy from this company. I ordered their hair serum, and I received the wrong item. I called the number on their site, and no one answers the phone, and they haven't responded to my emails. This company is a scam.

    I can't believe that they are taking my money and never sent me my products. On Feb. 19 2025, #****** I ordered HHB SCALP Spatula plus HHB shipping protection. The total amount of $23.46. Can't speak to no live person just a recording saying "they are overwhelmed with orders." This is bad business. I wouldn't order from them. No follow-up.

    I wish I could give ZERO STARS!! I placed an order well over $100 with Hollywood Hair Bar March 4, 2025. I received a fake tracking number, fake automated response and never received the products I ordered. I have countless emails, fb messenger messages and automated emails via their fake automated email. I have valid proof and can confirm this business is fraudulent and accepting orders/payments for products they dont have and haven't had in a while, only to been given the run around with fake information.
