    Started buying their bagels in ******. ******* to start a subscription for convenience. Received 2 back orders. The bagel molded before I could eat them all and now i cant reach anyone to cancel my subscription.

    They continue to post product updates on social media as if the company is actively fulfilling orders. They have been charging for subscriptions we have placed for months, but no shipping products. Betterbrands CEO has claimed they had employees stealing from them and claimed another company was now fulfilling orders, and included the company name and email addresses to contact the new fulfillment teams for status of the orders. Emails to this new company indicate they have never agreed to fulfill orders for BetterBrand, and this was a false claim that they would. BetterBrand then emailed stating all orders were being cancelled and that credit cards would be credited. That has not happened either, yet they still continue to send out emails of products and post on social media as if all is well.

    They have had a complete company shutdown and haven't reimbursed their customers who have already paid a subscription for their products. Orders paid for in early September have not been fulfilled and hundreds have been left without their order and the money they used to pay for it.
