    *** contacted the merchant several times about their return portal not working and they take exactly 3 business days to reply each time and are going in circles to run the time out on when I can make a return based on their policy. Merchant feigns like they will help asking which items I'd like to return and then continually point me to their return portal disregarding the fact that it's not working. They have a 21 day return policy and 10 days after I initiated a request for support I'm continually circled back to where I started. I feel they are deceptively and intentionally failing to facilitate the return and engaging in unfair practices.

    I spent *** on The Prisha Serpent Necklace, what they advertised on their website and what I received is different. Complete false advertising.
    You can see the claps is lined with gold on their website, once it arrives this was not the case. The quality is also not what's depicted on their website.

    The butterfly is not hooked up properly into the bracelet. I lost the butterfly and can not find it. I need a replacement. I called both telephone numbers listed. The number ****************** is disconnected and the other number listed no one answered and went to voicemail.
