    A ticket was purchased on March 2, 2025 for an event that would take place on May 25, 2025. The event was for a Mexican Rodeo, which was advertised with Mexican famous artists. The main artists were "Los Alegres del ********" amongst other less famous artists. As the event date got closer, the venue of the rodeo and Ticketon Ent. changed the lineup of the artists and noticed "Los Alegres del ********" were no longer performing. I tried calling Ticketon to ask for a refund, but my calls were not being answered. Many other attendees were also upset and expressed their frustration on the venue's social media pages. I went to my credit card company and filed a dispute before May 25, 2025. On July 5, 2025, my credit card company, ********, finalized the dispute and stated that I was responsible for the charge and did not issue me a refund. I believe I have every right to get my money refunded as the entertainment/service was not rendered as advertised.The event was advertised via Instagram at ****************************** and at Ticketon Ent. online site.The amount I am disputing is a total of $90 with fees and delivery charge

    I have purchased tickets on two occasions the people on the line up have not shown up they do not inform anyone and offer no solutions. Of course my ticket was scanned but was not informed that the person on the line up wasn't going to show up until ask when waiting for 3 hours. Additionally, in October my ticket wasn't scanned at all and they declined to provide a refund stating that they couldn't do anything. Their response is bias. As when its scanned and the artist doesn't show up and the ticket is scanned nothing is done they state only refunds can be issued to tickets not scanned. Then how come in October my ticket wasn't refunded when it wasn't scanned. On Instagram people are even asking why they didn't show up.

    I purchased concert tickets at the ********** for $232.50 and the event was cancelled and they said they don't know if they can refund my money!

    I went online to purchase tickets to a event on 12/1/2024. When I got to the event the organizers stated that Ticketon was not an authorized vendor and had no rights selling tickets. They refused to reimbursed me although the organizer told them they had no rights selling tickets. I have been trying to speak to the vendor Ticketon but have been getting the rum around and no true resolution. They told me that they would have an answer by 48 hours which they fail to meet the deadline.

    I bout tickets for the el volcan and they I asked for my cash back but I didnt they said they refunded my money the next day I got a notification saying my purchase has been completed meaning they took my money and I never got the tickets

    Purchased Tickets on 9/3/24 to a all ages event schedule for 9/8/24 2:00 pm arrived at venue no notice or sign was posted indicating 3 of the 5 artists scheduled to appear were no shows or had cancelled didnt find out until we were insane 2 hours later once we started to realize that no one was playing except a DJ we tried to inquire with refund and no window or Manager came out security informed us artists had cancelled and take it up with Ticketn Event was not as described and advertised on radio and I have screenshots of my purchase with all artists then after the fact they changed the past purchase ticket image we left right away since the artist we were there to see would not show up false event advertisement by company to purchase and promote

    On Saturday Sept 21, 2024 My family and I attended a Rodeo event organized by *** concerts at the *********************** during the Kern County fair. I am writing to request a full refund due to consumer violations. 1 Failure to disclose Key terms at purchase: such as no reentry policy for an outdoor all day event. 2 Deceptive and Misleading ticketing practices: Because this event was held at the fairgrounds during the fair, we were required to purchase 2 separate tickets, one for the fair and one for the event. That would not a problem at all, if we could enjoy of both the event and the fair since it was held within the fair premises, within fair hours and the only entrance was through the fair's main entrance. 3 Failure to provide access to basic necessities (water): the event failed to provide adequate access to water in an outdoor area in high heat. Upon arriving to event we were not advised prior to entry of no reentry policy. we continued inside the rodeo area in the outdoor event to enjoy for a while. It got hot fast and we right away looked for water at the only bar available. The bartenders stated they only had beer. The only other booth available was a food truck. They did not have water either. My sister was starting to feel heatstroke symptoms and part of our party exited the area into the fair to get water. Minutes later the rest of us decided to join them to get our own iced drinks of our liking. As we attempted to exit we were advised of the no reentry policy to which I requested if they could provide us water we didn't need to exit. They denied my request and the promoter quickly demanded the security to kick us all out of the event and my husband was held until theycalled police to kick us out. I have video of after the entire incident once we were kicked out then they had people going in with cases of water. Ticketon stated they would refund if MMG Concerts agreed, which they did not but at what point is ticketon liable for who they work with.

    Transaction date 9/22/2023 My ticket did not have a no re entry policy stated anywhere in my ticket neither did the venue and I was not allowd back in. The ticket did not come with a number just a qr code.

    I bought tickets for a show on 5/13/2023 business oversold the venue and we. Werent allowed in due to exceeding capacity. I want a refund for my tickets. Ive tried calling ticketon for a few months and they never answer their customer service phone number and they dont return my calls when I leave a message.

    I bought tickets from this company for a concert that happened on 11/19/2022 (originally scheduled for 9/3/2022 but due to reasons beyond to the company had to be rescheduled), a commemorative kit and also the meet and greet the band package before the concert (picture included). The cost of the meet and greet package (for 4 people) was ****** dlls. Due to the terrible organization from this company, everything was rushed and we end up meeting the band with another group of people who bought the package for two people and of course paid half of what I paid. My party of three people including myself were not allowed to take the picture on our own and we were forced to take the picture with the band along with the other party of two people mentioned before. When one member of the other party and me approached one of the reps he couldn't give us a response on why did this happened, he stated he would get back to us and he never did and were sent to take a seat. Attached are the tickets I bought (concert, kit and meet and greet) as well as the original meet and greet offer (in Spanish)
