    I ordered from this website for in-store pick up. On December 16, 2022. I waited over the weekend. My item still say pending they took the money from me for my first payment. I've been calling all morning they say that they're open from 8 AM to 5 pm and they are stating that I have called after business hours it is Monday the 19th at 10:47 AM... I have also emailed them three times and went to their website asking for help. No one is contacted me at all. I do not want them to take any more money from me unless they contact me and give me the product that I have ordered and paid for with my first payment..

    We're sorry you felt the need to file a *** Complain. Our Business Hours are 8am-5pm Pacific time. We checked our call logs and you called us Eastern time, which would've been 7:47am our time. You placed your order on Friday, Dec. 16th and your order was processed the same day and ready for pickup. It looks like you picked up your items a few days later.     Leasville claismto not run your credit, but I have been denied and I have a checking account , make over 2300 a month, and get direct deposit, but was still denied and unsure why. I use a couple buy now, pay later with no issues so I am unsure why leaseville who has solid preapproval guidelines is not honoring them, it appears to be FALSE ADVERTISING, and I have seen a few companies get sued because of that

    leaseville.com claims that if you are employed and make 2500$ a months and have a checking account and debit car that you are pre approved. The website also claims that they do not do any credit checks and is a lease to own company but will not approve me with no reason for the denial. i have a current bank account with direct deposit and i am full time employed and make over 2500 a month. they also check my bank account and even place a hold on 50 cents on my checking account . i even recieved emails saying to get a free two months of rent to use a special code and email it to a person to get 2 months of free rent on my purchase and when i go to try to make a purchase they state they can not proceed with a rental agreement with no explaination. they are blatantly lying to people on their website and i believe they should not be rated any more rhe 1.0. i am ***abit dissatisfied and disgusted the games they play. stay away. Liars and fraud

    Refuses to honor 100 days same as cash! I updated my payment information and went away on vacation and scheduled a payment to pay off account of $142 to my surprise they have no knowledge of this and tried to pull funds from a closed account and now refuse to honor the 100 days same as cash and the current payoff is 5x the amount I will not be making any payments until they honor the 100 day payoff of $142 if not then they need to stop contact and harassing me at all hours of the day via phone calls and emails

    We have made several attempts to contact the customer, the last one being 9/2/2022 and have not heard from the customer. One one hand the customer is claiming we contact them all hours or the day via phone calls and emails and on the other hand, they have filed a *** complaint.

    The customer states that they went on vacation, however, they made payment method or schedule changes times in July and August which we honored. If a payment from their account does not clear, that is something that is not in our control.

    We have tried to work with this customer to no resolve and we're very sorry the customer felt the need to file a *** complaint. We believe we have gone above and beyond to assist this customer.

    They've made 0 attempts to contact me in regards to this complaint via phone or email. At this point they can remove me from there contact list. I'd prefer no further communication from leaseville in regards to my account

    I've asked several times for this company to stop contacting me and they still call 3x times a day! Please stop contacting me
