    I was instructed that I could take an online Defensive Driving course in order to get 10% off my insurance premium. I was sent a link by my insurance agent for IMPROV Learning, and that it was mandatory that 6 hours had to be completed along with the course in its entirety to earn a certificate. I completed this course as of January 3rd, 2025. I was advised by the program that my certificate would arrive in the standard mail within ***** days. That timeframe has passed so I reached out to my insurance agent regarding the issue, and I received an email from ******** ******** ********************************************* on January 24th stating that she apologized that I had not received the certificate yet, and a new one was being mailed out and I should receive it within 5-7 days. Of course, that timeframe has passed and *** reached out to the company and ******** multiple times regarding this. I paid for this course, completed it as I was instructed to do, and am not receiving what I am entitled to. At this time, I would like my certificate and have it emailed. I dont care what the regulation is in **************, and a refund for the horrible experience, otherwise I will be making a complaint with the ************************ as well as taking legal action.

    I took and completed the Improv defensive driving course on 12/29/2024 and as of yet have not received my completion certificate. I have an email saying I completed the course, a second email saying they are resending the certificate on 1/24/2025, should receive in 5-7 days, nothing. The first email said I should receive it in 7-14days. As of 2/5/2025, no certificate of completion to show my insurance company. I would like this matter resolved. Printing out the certificate at home is a blank page. Thanks

    After completion of the course for a court ticket, the certificate has not been received. Expedited shipping was paid for and after an initial complaint,I was advised another one would be sent. I have received neither. We are late now in submitting this to the court and going on a month after course completion.

    This traffic school website miscalculates the hours on the drivers education course exam and makes you stay on longer than 7 hours!!! When you go through the test information, you should be able to go to the quiz and not wait a full 7 hours!!!

    I signed up for their course. The website fully crashed for two weeks in the middle of me taking the course. It came back up and was still malfunctioning, often timing out when I submitted test answers, or tried to entire security validation questions. I entered the questions correctly, but because it kept timing out it would not acknowledge them and started logging my answers as "failed." This in turn locked me out of the test altogether when I was 3/4ths done with it, and I was told that it was my own fault and they would make me take the entire thing over. Hours of work, plus the added time for having to resubmit answered questions over and over while the website failed. **************** told me there was nothing wrong with the website. They tried to tell me I was taking the wrong test, even though I signed up through a renewal notice, having taken the course in 2021. At this point I want my money back.

    Hi, I registered and paid for the ******* 4-hour driver training course. The payment was accepted and taken from my account. When I contact support they claim to have never received payment and continue to try to charge me for the course. I have a receipt that shows that I paid, but they continue to ask for confirmation that they received payment. I feel like this company is scamming me. Their website contains a lot of issues and glitches. I have contacted support twice with no resolution and they continue to ask for payment. I just want a refund now and will go to a competitor's online driving school.

    Upon reviewing ****************** account, we found that ************** registered for the course on 7/15/2022. During the payment step, we found that the payment was been submitted 5 times to the credit card processor. The first attempt was approved, however, the 3 immediate subsequent requests were declined by ****************** bank, in addition to a fourth, which was attempted a few hours later. We have known this to happen when multiple attempts to make the payment are made or due to slow internet connections which may drop during transmission. While we are unable to determine the exact reason for the multiple submissions, we can deduce that the multiple attempts did cause an error in our website resulting in the payment error.


    On 7/15/2022 and 7/21/2022 the consumer contacted our Customer Support regarding the payment and it was requested by our support staff that ************** submit a copy of the payment and additional details so that we look further into our records and locate the payment. It does not appear that these additional details were received by ***************


    We sincerely apologize for ****************** frustrating experience and it is IEC's sole intention to make it right. After an extensive search of all payments on 11/2/2022, we were able to successfully locate the payment processed and have issued a full refund back to the cardholder.
