  I feel the doors looked great and thought they were well constructed. I had them shipped to ****** with no problems. I placed my order a week prior to Thankgiving and they were delivered earlier today. *********** and the team at ************************** were super helpful with giving me updates. I feel they were well prepared and arrived without any problems. I'm very happy with my order.

  They had a huge selection of doors when I came in earlier today. My review is based not on an actual purchase but the experience I had with their sales staff. I haven't bought anything yet, but ***** was very nice. I feel he took the time to explain different options and what to expect in the sense of wait times for the doors to be produced. I do feel he was straight forward. I'm seriously considering moving forward with a purchase order here, so I'll update things as time moves forward. Based on my experience today though, I'd recommend them

  I'm a local contractor here in the ************* area. I've used ETO a few times over the years, and feel they've always delivered a quality product. I feel their customer service has always been great. **** was a big help with a recent project. I'm looking forward to working with them for years to come.

  Be Aware!!11/14/23 I ordered Custom size slab doors were delivered 4 weeks late AND they were warped by a 1/4" and can not be used. My clients rejected ETO doors product Now my clients are coming after me because of many weeks of delays in trying to get replacement. Not only the doors are defective I now have to reimburse my client their money and I had to come out of pocket to replace the defective doors just so I won't be sued by my client. This company does not stand be hind their product. E T O DOORS will not even return email or voicemail after many emails trying to resolve this issue. I have a chain of emails going back and forth that I would like to share with public just to show how they handle unsatisfied customers. ETO DOORS just blow you off to the point where I have no other choice but to satisfy My clients in order to save my a** and reputation with no help from ETO ON ANYTHING. The innocent public needs to be aware of this company business practices when it come to resolving complaints

  On July 15th, 2023 I had placed an order for 10 doors and I was having them shipped to ********. The process of placing my order, wasn't too bad. I feel they were on top of things from when the order got placed. My emails and calls were always returned, when I would reach out with questions. I took delivery of those doors in mid September. I wanted to give it some time before I went on to share, but the doors look great. I'm happy with how the ordering process went with ***.

  I ordered a new front door through ETO after doing a lot of searching around my local box stores. Everyone at ETO was super friendly. Customer support and communication was never a problem. We love how our new doors look. They really make the home. Highly recommended.

  They sell beautiful doors that are of amazing quality. *** purchased from them three times now, and theyve always delivered when it came to jobs done Ive been doing in the area. Customer support could be worked on a bit, but theyve always met their deadlines and delivered a wonderful product at a really good rate. Ive always recommended this company to people whenever needed.

  I had a wonderful experience with *** recently. I ordered a few Mahogany Doors, pre-hung through this company and they came last week. We recently had them put up and they look stunning! The quality of the doors done by *** cannot be matched. This was my first time purchasing from them, I wouldnt hesitate in doing so again. Thank you ******, *** and everyone else involved for helping us with this recent project.

  Although the exterior doors were taken care of, ETO was the provider of ************ doors on a recent reconstruction process. Everyone here was a tremendous help. The doors got to us in about three weeks, a few days before our promised delivery date. I feel the doors were well put together. I'd buy from them again
