  WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THE ******* LOCATION ON ******************************** This place was late on my appointment, quoted me a ridiculous amount ($1,120) for a regular cleaning despite my insurance covering regular cleanings, and essentially did not want to perform a regular cleaning because they were too busy. My appointment was at 12:30. I didn't see the dentist until 2pm. The dentist said everything came out fine with the x-rays. I explained that I wanted a regular cleaning since I had not been to the dentist in 6 months and was due (I also explained that I asked for this when I set up my appointment and they said they would do a cleaning for sure, they just had to assess whether I needed a regular or deep cleaning through the x-rays). I insisted that I wanted a regular cleaning and ***************************** finally said "Ok, fine" walking out of the office clearly upset. Then comes ********* (*************** again insisting that I schedule the cleaning for another day since they are busy, the dentist would need to perform the cleaning and he isn't as good as their specialist, and that I would have to wait for an undisclosed amount of time. "If you care about your health, you should wait," she added, clearly upset. She went ahead to quote me for $1,120 even after I explained that my insurance covers regular cleanings and that I have never had to pay for a regular cleaning in my entire lifetime of 40 years. They essentially added all these unnecessary services to my quote to discourage me from getting a cleaning that day. This is not ethical and I wish there was a way of ensuring that this place closes down. It was sad to see a lot of Spanish-speaking families who just waited there for their extremely late appointments and are probably being charged for unnecessary items. Breaks my heart!

  They asked me to see my cell phone to see if I would be approved for credit it came back I was for $ ***** not knowing once I Hit the acceptance I was on the hook They hurried me alone for partials knowing I had tooth needed to be repaired told me I had to wait for approval it was around Thanksgiving time 2022 gave me an appointment to come back before it came time for my appointment they call me and told me they had an earlier appointment could I come in long story short got my partials with the bad tooth not repaired came back I was not approved told me a crown would cost $900 so I'm stuck with partials I can't use with a bill of $4100been making payments

  Scammers!!! And liars!!!dont make an appointment because they call you the very next day to cancel or let you go in and ask u to go back another day. They made me pay for something I dont even need! Also worked on a wrong tooth due to *******

  They need to be shut down. I am not the first person to be scammed. They did unauthorized procedures and refused to bill insurance. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a statement and have requested it 5 times with no response. Seriously, the worst dental experience of my life! They don’t care about people, only money and need to be held legally responsible for illegal practices

  Theyre scammers. They sell you services and charge you for work you havent gotten done. My girlfriend went for braces in may and Decided to cancel because She would be paying for work not done. I went with her and watched her sign the cancellation contract given by the worker ****/**** .the cancellation was signed the same month.We never received an update.so we called again and were emailed another cancellation contract was told to sign it and email it back. We took screenshots and have proof it was signed and sent back. I called again to make sure it was canceled and was told yes it was. Its July 18th 2023 and shes being charged +**** dollars for work that was never done. They were called again today and I asked for ****/**** to see what was going on and I was transferred to someone else and told to contact customer service.Customer service transferred me back to the same office I initially called and I was we cant get a physical copy and was told the Information. Cant be given.

  I visited a West Coast Dental office and was charged for a procedure that was not done. I asked for a refund and they told me that it would take six weeks to be issued my refund. I have not heard from them at all, have sent two emails and have not received the refund.

  Came in to get 2 teeth out and had multiple times that i confirmed with them. Then the day came for my appointment and the front office called me to say that the dentist is leaving early and if I can reschedule. I said no because I was about to arrive to the office to check in. Again they told me at the front office that the dentist is leaving. I said no and that my referral was an emergency and I need this surgery. The front office person told me to sign in and see what they can do. I got called in and sat down in my room then the dentist said to his assistant that hes leaving at 1:30 no matter what, and my appointment was at 12:30?! Then the assistant was saying I would need a cadaver bone graft for both my extractions which they had NEVER mentioned when I had my initial consultation and the assistant said I would have to pay out of pocket - she was really trying to sell me on the idea to open a credit line. I was upset and said no I cant afford it. She told me to hold tight and she left - I was holding tight for about 20 minutes and was wondering if she was going to come back so instead I left. And Im never coming back. I ended calling my insurance and let them know the situation and what they said about paying out of pocket and they said that is not how it goes and it could have been covered by my insurance if they sent a correctly coded referral. Overall horrible experience and they all should be ashamed of how theyre running their practice. Never stepping foot in another west coast dental.

  Please do not go to west coast dental of Gage in ***********. Not only did they initially pull the wrong teeth I had to wait 3 weeks for them to pull the ones that I went to the dentist for and they almost killed me . My partials cost an arm and a leg and one never went back and still making sure a file a case with them . The poor service that they give they really should be ashamed of them self and it also crazy that you can not contact corporate ??????????????????

  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go here!!!!! They are fraudulent! They will charge your insurance the most to try and get more money! They charge me and my boyfriend 1400 for just X-rays! They also charged us out of network fees when they are in network! They said that the doctor that worked on me was out of network but didn't disclose this when I asked if they were in network! This dentist is not good at all they are in there doing FRAUD!!!

  Be aware, they do procedures that are not needed. They will tell you it's covered by your insurance. Your insurance will more than likely decline their claim, and you will be left with the bill. When they say they will call you, expect no call at all. Customer service is nowhere to be found. They will find you a collection agency. Save yourself time, energy and money. Not worth it.
