    To ensure that the creditor report 100% accurate credit information. Every step mu the information reported is completely accurate and correct.     A loan agreement was entered between Sunbit and Dental Options. It was canceled by myself the next day after discovering Dental Options was being dishonest regarding billing charges. Dental Options has refused to properly cancel this loan agreement with Sunbit. Despite my explaining the situation numerous times to employees of Sunbit, I am being subjected to daily harassment via phone calls and threats. They refuse to resolve the issue directly with Dental Options.

    I am not liable for this debts with sunbit and do not have a contract with sunbit they do not provide me with the original application like I asked. And I am active duty with security clearance at risk of being lost due to this negative reporting coming from sunbit.

    Made a down payment for $85.97.Paid five payments of $43.47=$217.35 Metlife dental claim was approved for $302.50 Added both $302.50+$217.35=$519.85 I only financed with Sunbit for $519.03 I should not have a balance due, please adjust appropriately.

    MISLEADING FALSE REPORTING/PAYMENT STATUS IS INCORRECT:Recently I saw a late payment on my credit report from your company that I do not recognize. According to the **** transactions such as payments are not supposed to show on a consumer credit report. I know that this is a billing error and I just would like for it to be corrected.I demand this be updated to paid as agreed on all 3 credit reporting agency

    My Husband and I both have a sunbit credit card, we recently sold our home and in doing so we paid off both of our sunbit credit card accounts in FULL. The checks were overnighted via ***** on June 3rd with an arrival date of June 4th (per fed ex). On June 8th we were contacted by an agent in regards to the payment to inquire about our payments. We told her they were both overnighted on June 3rd so they should have been received. She indicated they may have been lost within the headquarters as that is where the payments get sent to. By June 10th we contacted sunbit customer service as we kept receiving notifications that the payment had not been made on our accounts. We spoke with a representative by the name of ***** who confirmed that the payments were sent to the warehouse after he did some digging to find them. On June 18th we logged in to our accounts to ensure that the payments did in fact post, at this time we notice that we were both charged interest on our accounts one in the amount of $33.27 and the other for $87.32. On June 19th we contact customer service back. When we called in we spoke to an agent in escalations department by the name of *****. She looked into the account and stated that because the payments posted on the 10th, the interest could not be waived regardless of when they were post marked for. We then asked to speak to her manager and kept getting told that she was the highest available. FINALLY after 20 minutes we were able to be put through to ******. She was disrespectful and again was of no help to us. I stated that the accounts have been paid in full at that there shouldnt have been any other interest charged and in doing so its pure greed. She agreed. She then admitted to my husband that they did in fact receive the checks on the date we had specified to the headquarters and that it took time to get to them to be processed. We again asked the interest to be waived since it was in fact received and she denied and hung up on us.

    Received a letter of notice of adverse action at my mothers address , Never applied to this company I do not live at that address I do not receive mail at her address. did someone get my address and personal information from this company it seems like fraudulent activity with this company
