  The company makes you jump through hopes to cancel a membership. If you want to upgrade a membership you simply have to click a button to upgrade. If you want to downgrade or cancel you have email customer service. Then customer service will send you a change form, which has to be completed within 7 days of you receiving your last package. Once you complete the change form you have to chose 2 days you have availability for customer service to call you to cancel your membership. This is just ridiculous. The company should be shut down or make canceling the same process as upgrading.

  Regrettably, I missed the crucial seven-day cancellation window due to my failure to thoroughly read the fine print. Recognizing my error, I promptly reached out to Threadbeast via email, expressing my sincere intention to cancel my subscription. Much to my dismay, they promptly responded, stating that cancellation was not a viable option. Determined to find a resolution, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted them directly via phone, only to be met with the same disappointing response - cancellation was not permitted.One aspect of Threadbeast's service is their practice of withholding the shipment of clothes until payment is received. However, even if I explicitly communicate my lack of desire to receive the clothes and have not made any payment for another box, they insist on delivering it to me. This practice is undeniably unjust, as it coerces customers into accepting and paying for items they neither want nor require.As a result, in August 2023, I resorted to cancelling my subscription through my bank. Astonishingly, today, on October 26, 2023, a payment was unexpectedly deducted from my account, causing significant financial strain and jeopardizing my ability to make my car payment.

  They wouldn't want to cancel my subscription then once they charged me they asked me to cancel. I said yes but they wouldn't send me my last package after taking my money!!! Do not fall for the scam!! They robbed me 102 dollars.

  Absolute s*** Well first off I didnt want the package. I was checking to see how much it costs to reactivate it with the free shoes I was getting but nope as soon as I said agree it bought for me anyways. No receipt. No invoice. No nothing. Bunch of f****** scammers. They give you s*** quality apparel. Oh, whats even better is its like someone with zero brain cells made my box. I didnt even want in the first place as they knew because I blew them up with emails saying I accidentally purchased. Instead they said they cant do anything about it. They are a ****** up business. And Im serious when I say this. They need to be shut down for good. At least they could have made a good box. I could get s*** like they sent for half off. They are pity to the community and society. F*** this place

  Thread Beast is a very honest company. You are getting worth more than you pay and you are getting it from an experienced stylist. I was personally struggling with mental health and body image and always found that when people compliment my outfits, I just have such a great day! Thread Beast gave me items to mix and match my outfits and now Im constantly getting compliments! Other than general satisfaction with product quality/quantity, I am extremely happy with customer service. I am personally not in a financial spot where I can be spending money on fashion and during the cancellation process, I spoke with people who understood and cared. Once I can, Ill definitely be coming back to a thread Beast.

  For the most part everything was good or reasonable except some striped shirt which was really not my style but the ready of the box was okay I cant waist to get to order my other box I love knowing that my chance to get more exclusive items for the low price makes me excited
