    Contacted this company in December of 2024 about custom sports bras, **** was my contact person throughout the process. They knew what we wanted and failed to deliver upon request. They went from constantly contacting me like a bill collector, charged me $200 for a mockup design and $400 for a sample mockup. Once they received the money for a sample it seem to take over a month and no updates until we had to reach out to them for an update. When I finally received the mockup sample it looked nothing like what I wanted, thin fabric and the cut up design and straps were horrible it looked like they sent the design to ***** and paid them a little to nothing and once they got it back from ***** mailed me the bra. Once the bra arrived it was in a handwritten shipment (unprofessional) and a terrible seam apparel bag that looked like it was balled up and the just threw that ugly bra in there. Once I told them the bra is nothing how I wanted and it looked like a cheap bra from ***** and they just put my logo on there they asked for another $400 for a new mockup sample, I fired them immediately. Why do I need to pay you for a crappy job just for them to send another crappy job, this business is scamming people and need to be looked into. Do not wasted your time or money please research and find a better company if you want quality.

    On January 29th I received an email from **** ****** at Seam Apparel confirming that he would take care of my account for a hat I wanted to make. After emails back and forth for months, and a lot of delays, they sent me an extremely low quality hat sample. I gave them another chance and continued talking to them about changes I wanted to make. During this time I designed and received a t shirt from them. The t shirts were almost what I wanted, but this is when I stopped hearing anything from them, in November 2024 so I never got to make any changes to the shirts. At this time I received a picture of a hat that looked a lot better, and a promise that it was being delivered to my apartment, although I never received tracking info. It never showed up and I haven't been able to get in contact with the since then, by phone or email. I paid $850.00 for the hats and $2,680.00 for the shirts. I want to be refunded for the hats.

    Seam apparel was engaged by my company to produce 100 custom designed polo shirts for my business - seam apparel is uncontactable all the numbers the have - seam apparel screens their calls and does not return mine. - it is just under six months and they have produced a very poor quality sample that looks nothing like the design we approved - We are unable to contact them - We are no closer to getting our product through the lack of communication - they stated they would compensate us and provide a resolution but there is no follow up - we will be charging back this purchase - we need this followed up

    We basically paid them $6,800 and also send them approximately ***** in materials to complete our project. They sent us a few samples that were in horrible condition poorly packaged and non-functional. As per our agreement they were supposed to go back to the drawing board and fix it to our liking. Unfortunately that did not occur. Now they refuse to answer my call respond to my emails or even give me a call back. It feels as if we have been 100% scammed and I see that this has occurred to many other people. This company must be stopped otherwise they will continue to hurt and damage families and companies.

    In November/December of 2023, reached out to Seam Apparel after coming across their company on ******* We exchanged emails and had an initial conversation to go over the business, services and what I was looking to achieve. After providing me with a summary of their business, I agreed to submit my designs to SA. I paid close to $500. Shortly after, I requested additional items and made another payment in or around January of 2024. Additional time was requested by SA due to holidays and workload by the project manager assigned to my order. I placed an additional order for $2,300. Around March I started to notice more delays in responding to my emails by the project manager. Days soon turned into 1-2 weeks before I would get a response from the company. After sharing my complaints I was assured that my items would be completed by June. I requested cancellation of my orders since I have no idea where they are in the process. SA sent a couple of items which were not delivered as promised. I have requested a full refund for failure to deliver and have not heard back from the company. This has been opened for 9 months now causing me to cancel my scheduled shows due to the failure of SA delivering as promised.

    On January 4, 2023 I entered into an agreement with Seam Apparel to start the sampling process. As part of the contract, they require you to place an order for production (for when the sampling is complete) and put a down payment on the order. Hesitant to do this, we agreed to and signed a contract that stated that if the sampling is not to my liking, I can cancel the contract at anytime for a full refund of the $26,700 that I put down as part of the down payment for the production costs, minus a cost of $200 per sample provided. After several iterations where I was not happy with the samples provided, I decided that I no longer wanted to proceed with Seam Apparel. I accordingly informed them that I was canceling the contract (per the allowance to do so in the signed agreement) and would like a refund of $25,900 (the down payment for production minus 4 iterations of samples at $200 per sample). Instead of allowing me to get a refund, Seam Apparel kept insisting I continue to allow them to proceed with the sampling process until I found a sample that was satisfactory. Feeling that this was not going to occur, and I was not going to find a sample with this company that I found satisfactory, I informed them of my decision not to proceed any farther and again requested a refund of the down payment for production. The company refused to refund this money and again kept insisting I move forward with the sampling process. I again confirmed I no longer wanted to proceed and again requested a refund. This process went on for several calls, at the end of each which they told me they needed to contact the ******************** to authorize the refund. I continued to call and check on the status of this, and eventually Seam Apparel stopped answering my phone calls. It is now nine months after I cancelled the contract and requested a refund and the company still wont answer my calls or issue a refund. This company is a SCAM and should not be worked with.

    We initially signed a contract with Seam Apparel located on *************************************************************** on January 16th, 2023 for 200 clothing pieces that was just shy of $8,000. Our contract stated that samples would take 3 weeks to make, and the bulk production would *********** weeks. Long story short, we got the first samples 7 months later and were really disappointed that the first samples not only took 7 months to make but had many defects or were not made to how we wanted them based on the very detailed order summary that was provided. They made a second set of samples that arrived one month later and still had issues. We then proceeded to ask them to fix the issues and apply it to the bulk production because we couldn't wait any longer. Our products consisted of spring-colored sweaters that were supposed to be launched in May 2023, but bulk production arrived in the middle of summer, August 11th. Upon inspection, we realized that 1 of the 4 designs that consisted of 50 pieces never arrived, and the 3 that did arrive, many pieces were missing or were damaged. At the end of the day, we agreed that we would ship them the damaged pieces and they would make more for us and ship them back. They asked us to pay for shipping and they would reimburse us. The shipping cost was $350. They continued to take another month to send the one missing design which also included other pieces that were missing from the other 3 designs. Upon inspection, they continue to have the same issues, incomplete order, damaged pieces that consisted of stains, incomplete embroidery or embroidery that was upside down. We asked for a refund, and they said no because the funds were already allocated and asked us to wash the dirty ones. We said that was not our problem and we can take it to court, and that is when they completely stopped responding. We hired an attorney who investigated that their address is fake, and they only operate from ******** but are using a *********** address.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. We found out that they were not doing business in the ************* and were soley based off ********. Thankfully our bank was able to do successful do a chargeback.
