    I have placed two orders with the company, one last June and the second in September. They have not been shipped. The company is blaming distribution centers in thebUS holding the items hostage for failure of payment on their part and are saying they are having problems resolving it as they have no one on the states to do it. They are ** longer responding to emails, and are pushing more product sales. They are also refusing refunds due to their terms and conditions. I havent asked for a refund simply my purchases.

    I ordered an item from them back in June of 2023. Never received the item. I cancelled the order and got a partial refund but a gift card for the remaining balance. I ordered another couple of products in mid-January 2024 and one ended up being canceled due to it being out of stock. I have yet to receive the other item that they supposedly shipped out but every time I look up the tracking number, its either not found or expired. I have asked for my money back a while ago and have yet to see any sort of communication regarding this issue or any type of refund. I am very irritated and I want my money back now. Please help me with this!

    I purchased a mystery box subscription from this company and have not received the products. One order was placed on 5/22/2023 and the other was placed on 8/22/2023. In total, the two mystery boxes were $114.97. Based on the company's shipping policy, both boxes should have been here by now. The box purchased on 5/22/2023 was the summer box, which their their website said would arrive by August 2023. The box purchased on 8/22/2023 was the fall box, which their their website said would arrive by November 2023. There have been no updates on my order, and my purchase history on the website still says that both of the orders are unfulfilled. I contacted the company on 12/27/2023 asking to cancel my orders and receive a refund, but they refused.

    I placed this order on dec 25th never got an update i contacted them and was told that it was being process i check again and the still isnt an update i no longer want this item and want my refund ASAP

    I first placed an order with this company on July 22, 2023 (Order #DBB1004110799KR). When I placed the order, I was aware that it might take a least a month to receive it, and therefore decided to pay extra money for standard **** shipping (advertised between **** days). The order shipped on July 24, 2023, but it never came. I waited nearly a month before inquiring about an update on my order. When I emailed them again, I received a reply on August 11, 2023 stating that the tracking number I received was a pre-generated label from the company in *****, and that I should see updates once it began to move through the system. I waited yet another two months with no updates to the tracking or for the company before emailing again inquiring about my order status or a possible refund. On October 23, I received an email saying that my concern "had been forwarded to the logistics team" for a status check. I never received any updates about this as promised, and the company did not offer me refund or even reshipping. I emailed one last time this month on January 15 and did not receive a reply back until January 21. In this conversation, I expressed my desire to get a refund and was told that it was my mistake for not ordering insurance for the package to begin with, and that a refund was impossible. The best I can apparently hope for is a lost package claim that could take yet another two months. At this point, I just want a refund since I was unable to get the goods ordered after 6 months and not properly communicated with throughout the entire process.

    I have been with the Daebak Company since November 2020. I purchase their annual seasonal subscription box. However, recently their shipping has gone downhill. I have yet to receive my box that is from summer 2023. They have not shipped the fall box 2023.Most recent tracking for summer box: Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 4:24 pm on November 6, 2023 in ************, ** *****. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package.I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of this box. 9/12/23: asking when it would ship 12/11/23: asking status 12/27/23: asking for a refund, website says ***** days for shipping and were past that 1/8/24: asking for more info 1/11/24: asking what holdup is I was denied a refund and they responded each time what the process was, not answering my question on why this is taking so long for shipment. At this point I just want to cancel my subscription if the boxes will never arrive and receive my partial refund. Ive attached their email responses and some info from their website.

    I bought a subscription box May 12, 2023. It was the summer box. They are seasonal and shipped out 4 times a year. We are now in Jan of **** and I still have not received anything. I have sent emails and I keep getting excuses and told that they are being sent out soon. They had delays from multiple things. I sent another email last week and have not received a response this time. I requested my money back. No response.

    I placed an order for magazines and food boxes in August 1st 2023.No products were provided and no time frame on shipping anything two months later.I did get a partial refund for the magazines but they will not refund for the food boxes or ship the items.

    #DBB1004102495KR was placed on February 10, 2023, and paid via Paypal for USD ******. After months of no update regarding this order, I contacted customer service requesting a refund. They offered me a gift card and I accepted, allowing them a second chance to make this right. This order #DBB1004106472KRwas placed on April 13, 2023, for USD ******. It is now July 17th, 2023, and I've reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. I want a refund of my original order to my original payment method via Paypal. I have given them two chances and have failed me twice, I do not want another gift card. I will not be shopping here anymore due to me never receiving any orders, or responses via customer service.
