On Nov 11 2022 I was admitted to the hospital to have my baby girl. On Nov 14 I was discharged from the hospital. I did not notice I had left my phone in the room, when I got home I noticed not having my phone, I immediately called the hospital and a nurse told me to call the phone to see if they could locate it, 5 minutes later I called back and another nurse answered I explained the situation and she told me that was not something they handled and I needed to file a complaint with the security department. I was then transferred over to them, I was then told there was nothing they could do because there are no cameras in the rooms so there was no way of finding out if the person who cleans the room might have taken it. I was not satisfied with the answer and I looked online to find a was to track my phone, and I was fortunate to have tracked my phone down to ******* ******* company, I called and they called me the next day to let me know they found my phone, they were going to send it over to the hospital because per their regulations I was not able to pick up the phone in their facility. Sometime in December I got a call from ******* ******* to let me know the phone had been delivered, I called the hospital and began to ask about the phone, every time I called the security office I was transferred over to another department because they were not responsible. I spend calling them a period of 3 months until I called and asked for a supervisor, with no luck because he was unable to help me. I was then sent to another person *****, she notified me ******* *******s never turned in the phone and they had no record. I was able to get a copy of the sign paper confirming someone collected the phone. I emailed that paper and so far they continue to deny knowing who's signature is on the paper. Its been 5 months and I only get the run around. I know to them is no big deal its only a phone, No one seems to care, how do they not who was the person, they have cameras.
