    I'm upset because I've attempted several times to get in contact with someone about my delivery.First my.name had an issue but they assured me it would be delivered.Then it got lost by the delivery service DHL.DHL says the post office has it the post office says that they don't have it so it's lost.I.have tries to.get in touch with someone but it's extremely hard as they don't have a phone number.I want my delivery or a refund.

    I have a recurring order established with BudPop. I have been receiving this for several years. In February we moved to a new address. I provided the company with the new address and they have failed to update their systems. For last two months I have sent dozens of emails and left voicemails trying to get this corrected. I have no resolution and they continue to ship orders to an address I dont live at and charge my card over $135 per month. Please help.

    On 4/9/23, I ordered three items via their website. I received the package on 4/19/23 but did not receive all three items. I'm missing the natural Delta 8 tincture ($59.99). I was charged for the item. I've reached out to the company via email and contact form on their website but received no response.

    I signed up for a subscription for************** *******. They migrated to a new system, and when they did that my subscription no longer showed on my account. (My other subscriptions were still on my account though) I didn't realize this until I tried to cancel this product. I can no longer use *********. I've received shipments for 4 months now, and have been charged for this product each time. I've reached out numerous times via their website, social media page and email to stop this subscription over the past few months. I've never received a response. They have my card on file, and without access to this subscription I'm unable to remove it from my profile. So I'm continuing to be charged and shipped items I can't use at almost $50 each month. I want this canceled and my money refunded. Product has never been opened and still remains in the box it came in, also unopened.

    I'm seeking a full refund of all the money I spent with this company because I recently discovered that they use untruthful and false claims on their website.

    Their site clearly states:
    "On the other hand, we have broad-spectrum CBD, which again, contains a number of compounds found in the hemp plant. The only difference is broad-spectrum CBD does not have any THC present. As a result, it does not cause the entourage effect; however, the effects provided are still more than those of CBD isolate, which is just pure CBD with no other compounds.

    We use broad-spectrum CBD in most of our CBD gummies, except for the watermelon-flavored full-spectrum variant. As a result, you have the option to get a little bit of THC (less than 0.3%), or you can go THC-free with our other varieties. This puts you, the customer, in charge of what you get out of our potent CBD gummies."

    While they state that there is no THC in the products I'm buying and consuming, I recently had a drug test come back positive for THC. Therefore I would like a full refund of all the products I have purchased from this company.
