    I purchased a yearly membership at the *********** location in November 2024 under your True LUV Holiday Special for $********* the start, the service was excellent--my car was thoroughly washed, rinsed, and dried with minimal effort on my part. I was coming once a week and very satisfied.However, over time, the quality has noticeably declined. There have been multiple days when I arrived and was unable to wash my car due to equipment breakdowns. The rinse cycle no longer functions properly, often leaving soap on the back of my car. The drying chamois, which initially worked well, is now either barely functional or completely inoperable.Due to these ongoing issues, I spoke with one manager, ***, requesting a refund for the unused portion of the year. She claimed the yearly deal didn't exist, despite my receipt and told me no refunds were possible. I asked for documentation or a link to your terms and conditions but was provided nothing at the time.Later, I followed up with another manager, ****, who told me he had never heard of this issue and asked me to resend my concerns (which I did). When I requested a copy of the refund policy or the membership contract, I was referred vaguely to the website, but no contract or refund language could be found in the areas I searched (Billing, Wash History, etc.). Additionally, the number I attempted to call *************) was disconnected.After further inquiry, **** provided me with the district manager's contact, whom I ************ be clear: I am not angry that the service has declined. Things happen. But I am disappointed. I paid in advance for a full year of quality service, and I am simply asking for a refund of the remaining 6 months. I believe this is a reasonable request given the change in service quality and continued equipment issues. I've been dealing with this since May 11, 2025.Yelp reviews show a complete lack of professionalism. Each story worse than the last.

    On 8/30/2024 I went to get a carwash at the stated business and paid $9.99. After a short pitch by an employee about the different services and subscriptions I politely and explicitly declined any upgrade or subscription. I recently found out that I have been getting charged $22.99 per month for the last 5 months without my consent.After cancelling the subscription they are declining to refund the money from the subscriptions I never used.

    Ive been a loyal member here since they opened, paying over $30 a month. Recently, my car was damaged in the car wash due to what appears to be a belt malfunction, as shown in the video footage. Its been over a month, and I still havent received any updates about whats being done or who will cover the damage to my ***. Ive spoken to multiple employees, yet no one has been able to help me or provide a resolution. I even have video evidence of the incident, so I dont understand why this process is taking so long. Ive since canceled my membership and would strongly advise against using this car wash, especially if you value your vehicle.

    They charged me $29.99 on 10-19-2024 and then charged me $41.99 for the same car on 10-21-2024.The next month did the exact same, charging me $29.99 on 11-20-24 then $41.99 on 11-22-24.Customer service refused to give back the $41.99 for either month, and told me that she was the only person in the company I could talk to about this. Have never had any company charge me twice for same month, and for a lot more money each time.

    On September 13, I was getting my car washed at LUV car wash in **************. As I enter the car wash and I was few minutes in tunnel and car was moving forward I heard the loud noise and before I realized a part of equipment came through the front windshield of my vehicle and I held brake and stop my vehicle. The system stopped and with help of their employees I was able to remove my vehicle from the car wash.They asked me to fill up their form and I would receive a call from them to pay for damages and their form does not provide phone number or email for their plain department. I have not received any call or email from them and it has been 20 days . I use my vehicle for work

    I visited the Luv car wash (***************************************) on Aug 20 to get a one time car wash which is usually $9-12 - Upon checking my bank statement I had been charged $22.99 for Aug and Sept for unlimited car wash service - which I had not used once in the two months. I did not remember signing up for this and would never (my car is not worth it!). I contacted the company who claims I checked a box to agree to this membership. There is normally an attendant at the screen but this time nobody was there and I chose the one time wash. They have refused to issue a refund after several emails and phone calls and upon further investigation of reviews on reddit I am not the only one to have been duped like this. *****************************************************************************************************

    I went to the car wash and had canceled my membership in the past as I did not feel I was getting the quality or value I expected from the price. So I canceled the membership after the 9.99 for one or two months. I went back to get a la carte service but was Informed by the person on site there is a promo for 9.99 for two months and that I was eligible to sign up for again which I did. The promo was advertised as 9.99 for two months and then regular pricing after which was around $36/month +/- after one month at 9.99 which shouldve been at 9.99 for two months, I realized I was already being charged full price at ***** after the first month when it shouldve been 9.99 for two months. I called in many times for a refund as I did not authorize these amount and luv car wash did not honor the 9.99/month for 2 months. I was told I opted for all the love membership which I did not and no one bothered to ask me which package I would like. I honestly did not see the difference between the basic and all the love option. It does not dry very well and I always have to wipe it down after. For the price I do not see the quality I should be getting and seems like a scam to not even ask me which membership I prefer so to me, Luv Car Wash lacks integrity. The customer support said theyll give me an extra free month without charge but I felt scammed already and not concerned about getting an extra month free. That does not equate to the amount I was charged without being informed and I am asking for a refund which has been escalated to the management team who I was told would get back to me within 24 to 72 hours and it was been way past that and the matter has been escalated and still no one from the management team as reached out. This is not the way to do business and scamming or ripping people off is not going to be sustainable for your business. I dont want to have to keep chasing a matter that could be easily resolved by doing the right thing and provide a refund.

    I signed-up for a $9.99/month (for the first 2 months, then $24.99/month) car wash subscription with this company under the claim thatI could use the subscription at any of their locations, but apparently so did everyone else. It is near impossible to use the subscription because the business is frequently so busy and has no traffic management pin a dangerous location for the stacked traffic it causes.My complaint however is that I asked how to cancel my subsection and was referred to their website and assured that I can cancel my subscription there. HOWEVER, once you create a profile and login the "Manage Plans and Prepaid" page on their website (clearly intentionally) goes to a page with no ability to adjust anything nor even see any details. I have screen grabs and have tried from multiple browser to ensure it is not a web-browser compatibility issue.I just want to cancel my membership but also feel they should be slapped firmly on the wrist for such shady business practices.I have received what I aped for outside if their limited availability too provide the "unlimited" car wash they market so need nothing but for the to cancel my subscription and REPAIR the website to allow others to not be in this position also.

    I have emailed the company twice to cancel my carwash subscription and they have never responded. I am still being charged and that is fraud and theft!!!!!
