      I paid $2k to have an amplifier install and a subwoofer box built, They have had my vehicle for 6 total days over a two month period and still have not delivered a quality product

      I had an alarm installed by ************* Autosound on *****************************************************************, on 12/23/2021. The total amount paid to them was $489.98. The alarm went out in October 2022. I took it back to the company for them to check it out in November 2022 and got no resolve. I was told that it would probably need to be adjusted and they didn't have the time to do it that day and that was the day they gave me the appointment. I was told by the tech, *******, would give me a call back to make an appointment to return for them to solve the problem. Today is January 2, 2023 and I have hear anything from them. I am very disappointed with this company and seeking a full refund for the Viper Responder 350 Security System (plus labor) they installed. I believe it was defected or used.

      I had my windows tinted on my wife's vehicle on 02/13/2018. I was told by the salesman at the ************** ** & **** that the tint I purchased had a lifetime warranty on the tint and the application of the work, which is stated on my receipts. The rear window my my wife's vehicle has completely bubbled. I called the ** & **** corporate office and they said there was nothing that they could do since the location in ************** has closed and they purchased tint that they no longer use, or warranty.
