    My Complaint is about ******** partnership medical service provider, I received my medical plan through this company Issue: I had taken service on 5-Feb-2024, ********* had tough time getting the claim on, Also i called them several times and they are saying claims are submitted on 29-Sep-2024 (After ***** attempts to reach them). Now i am not getting any response on the claims, today i called and they say there is no claim on file, i would like to complain against this company and have my claims be paid and take necessary action against this company.

    Issue: Insurance policy was active but they are not taking claims from my medical provider, They are not responding nor creating claim when i called them numerous times

    I have attached ID Card and Plan benefits screenshots i took when i had access with that company. This company seems to be fraud. This needs to be investigated and make no further victims like me. System not taking my screenshots or attachments, i can send them using another channel as we proceed

    I signed up for a healthcare plan with Innovative Partners in February of 2024 (so 4 months ago). I was told this plan would be identical to my last insurance plan which abruptly dropped me in January. I was desperate for a new plan in order to get medication and was basically told that innovative partners was my only course of action as it was not open enrollment. A few weeks later I found out that this plan did not cover ANY of my medications (even birth control) and also did not allow for me to use my usual pharmacy. I immediately signed up for a different plan and attempted to cancel with Innovative Partners. I have spent the last 4 months attempting to cancel. I have called repeatedly only to be on hold for hours and now the number I was provided with seems to be disconnected. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I issued a stop payment with my bank back in March which worked for a time but i just noticed I now have 3 more charges of $500 from these idiots for ****** I called my bank again who is filing for yet another dispute against Innovative Partners. This company is a SCAM. I have not used their services, I do not want their services, I attempted to cancel and get a refund within 2 weeks of signing up for the plan (they claim to offer a refund if you cancel within a month). This company should be ended.

    I believe this is a case of mistaken identity. We are Innovative Partnerships Group, LLC (IPG360). I believe this complaint is against another company named Innovative Partners.

    We are not an insurance company, we are a sports agency. Please check out our website www.ipg360.com

    We have never been in the insurance industry and we have never had any transactions with any person named ***********************.

    We do receive a lot of mail and phone calls directed at Innovative Partners and we have to keep telling them that they have reached the wrong company.
