I inquired through a loan service, and unfortunately, Seek Capitol was on that list. They have texted me without my permission--I have unsubscribed three times now! I would like Seek Capital to remove ALL of my contact information ASAP.Business Response

Seek Capital claims to be able to get you a line of credit. Missing use of words because it is all Credit Cards. They force you to have them on the phone with banks to push the CC faster for them to receive their money in the craziness of everything going on. They lie to the bank that they are finical advertiser to be able to be on the phone with us at the same time. I told them I did not want to do this do to the ethics of it. They told me I was under contract and had to move forward. I told them I did not want to again but then forced to do another. Then we moved to the where they want to be on the phone with me muted and on the other line to listen in to speak with the ************************ and would let me know what to say. I told them I will not be doing unethical business actions. They are doing their best to threaten me and my business credit but this company should not be a part of your organization. I am rejecting this response because: they are continuing to call me for the fees. I cancelled all credit cards and services rendered. I also notification by letter as well as via the teams texting my phone number and no services were accepted from the Seek Captial representatives. If they close out my case, then it is fine by me but as long as a did my civil part and notified BBB of the unethical actions for Seek Capital to be able to run their companies said abilities!

I have tried everything I could to resolve my issues of Seek Capital type of "BUSINESS"! If the correspond between Seek and Myself there is all the information needed. I received an unsolicited call from **** at Seek Capital to discuss some lending options. I told him I was interested in hearing him out but it wasn't a good time and asked that he call me back in a couple of weeks. I've had a few missed calls from him over the past week and today I received 26 phone calls and 3 text messages. Six of the phone calls were between 6am and 7am. When I finally spoke with ****, I expressed my extreme displeasure with his business tactics and said I was no longer interested in doing business with him. He had the audacity to call me several more times without speaking and texted me one more time. I can only assume this was done out of spite. This was childish and unprofessional and has ruined any chance of me ever considering doing business with this company. I would recommend anyone proceed with caution before working with Seek Capital if this is an indication of thier employees business ethics.Business Response

Seek Capital was fraudulent with their business dealings. They indicated they were going to get me a small business loan. They did not indicate they were going to simply apply for credit cards. The charge for the amount is fraudulent in the manner of which their service was misrepresented. They did not get me a small business loan as they indicated. They simply applied for personal credit cards which I was not informed of during the process. I only learned of what they had done after the fact. I am disputing this charge based on the fraudulent misinformation and misrepresentation of service from Seek Capital. The representative indicated there was going to be a charge of 1% for the amount attained, but instead charged me 12%. I was scammed and misled with the program which they indicated they would provide. I would like to seek punitive damages as well since Seek Capital applied to numerous credit cards which decreased my credit score significantly which will decrease my credit rating. ******, called me demanding payment before receiving the bill. I just wanted the chance to review the bill before remitting payment. That is a reasonable and fair expectation. Of course, he initially denied it until our phone conversation today when he explained that he did request payment on July 7th (before the bill was sent).During the call, ****** started telling me I was welcome to post this review. After much discussion, he admitted that he did in fact request payment before he sent the invoice for services. I was so deeply offended by Seeks request, I felt compelled to tell my story and review this company. Finally, I believe this inappropriate use of our credit and financial institutions to fund one bank to another in essence may constitute federal access device fraud. The funding. Device fraud constitutes credit of debit, ATM cards, banking cards and other types of account access devices that affects electronic monetary transactions by transferring funds from one bank to another by providing access to financial institutions. (Former Assistance ** Attorney, ***************************, southflalaw.com, 2023). This description here remains similar to the operations of Seek Capital, and I will forward my complaint to the ** Attorney General. I advise all of your to do the same. Seeks services differed from what was described, and their services were rude and dubious. Though I did get $78,000 in credit cards, my account manager, ********, advice was to liquidate the credit cards ( not genuine lines of credit) I only received $11,800 in available cash advances at a very high interest rate. As well, he informed me that Seek found a way to liquidate the credit cards and have access to cash at 0% -these services are deceptive advertising. Seek has informed me they have a way to liquidate the cards, I sincerely doubt its legal. Seek applies online for these credit cards online on your behalf and then tells you to inform institutions you applied online.Business Response

This whole operation is a scam!! I was referred by Seek Capital to EazyCash Loans come to find out they all working together. I was told to get Xbox gift card 50$ first time application fee.. then they tried to get another 200 $ thru Xbox gift cards .I have talk with Seek Capital and explain the matter and I was promised a appointment phone call I never received his name *************** I called direct number he called me from the day before and they will pick up phone then hang up !! After applying for a small business loan on lending tree I received a phone call from one of their employees, she then persuade me in signing some documents after informing me of a $795 initial fee and 11% fee once approved of $50,000 or less. I decided to back out of the contract without going through the approval process now theyve been telling me to pay a termination fee of $495 when I havent even gone to the final approval of the application. Im hoping this will waive that ridiculous fee as I noticed multiple complaints about this business and their fraudulent behaviors towards small business owners thats trying to make a honest living.Business Response

On 3/13/23, Seek capital contacted me in the early morning after I made some online inquiries the night before. They spoke very fast and did not detail the information they were giving. They expected only a yes or no response and did not let me ask questions. I was not even fully awake yet and they were asking me for sensitive information. I knew that I made inquiries the day before about funding my business so I was initially interested. They advised that they could get me the funding in the form of unsecured credit cards but that it would be different than just any cards because I would have access to cash without the cash advance fees. This was a lie because later on, they tried to charge me for the service of getting cash options. I do not need help obtaining credit cards so I expressed that this is not useful to me since I have good credit already and enough credit cards already. They kept insisting that this was somehow better than me just applying for credit cards on my own. I literally get credit card offers in the mail daily, so this is not something I need. I only wanted the option to have the cash on hand without the extra fees and that is why I initially agreed. They do not let you look at the contracts on your own time and they stay on the phone with you to coerce you into signing without reading the fine print. The account manager got upset when I said if there is going to be a 10% fee on the amount I get approved for then I don't want such a high amount. We went back and forth about how credit and debt to income are more important to me, rather than having credit availability. He tried to convince me even though I am a realtor and Paralegal, that credit availability is more important than debt to income. I explained that I do not want to do this and immediately have a debt with them due to the 10% fee for simply applying for the cards for me. This service is not worth 10% of the approval amount because I've already done the work myself.Business Response

They will advertise that you can receive actual cash funding for your business without telling you that you'll have to pay to receive that money (and not even all of it because it's ONLY CREDIT CARDS), make multiple transactions and it will take weeks and months to make happen. There is a ridiculous fee with everything you do with them. They said they'd continue to help once you paid them. That would be a lie. I called and emailed **********, *********************** and no response or call back. But they will call you EVERYDAY unit you pay them. What they advertised to me didn't include all of the fees which in return put me in greater debt then I began with. They also ONLY get you credit cards! No ties to any banks or actual CASH! I ******** negotiation basically was asking the credit card company to reconsider my application because I'm a new business trying to gain capital and that was almost $600! Fees and fees for nothing! My total was over $6000 for credit cards that I can't do anything with. Wasted time and money. Put me in serious debt.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out. We strive to provide amazing service to each client and part of that comes from how transparent and detail-oriented we are with our terms. All fees were clearly explained to you and appear in clear and simple language on page 1 of our agreement which you personally signed. You then had a Verification call with your account manager on a recorded line who reviewed each key term with you, including fees. When asked if you understood each of these terms, you answered in the affirmative for each of them, including the fees. This was then sent to you in an agreement with the fees, again on page 1, which you personally initiated the 22 key terms and signed the agreement twice. Based on this, we are unsure what more we could have done to be clear with our terms and fees. We understand this is probably not the response you were hoping for, but please appreciate that these are the simple facts. There was deception when Seek Capital explained gaining capital for my business. Not one mention of it being giving in ALL CREDIT CARDS. If cash back was only available on some cards I would have to pay a fee to recieve the cash.

It is simply unavoidable to make it all the way to accounts receivable to settle the invoice without having heard the disclosures for the funding method being on credit cards 4 times verbally, and twice in written contract. We have provided all this information. We would love to continue to address this client's apparent need, but we have reached an impasse insofar as the client refuses to reestablish contact with the account manager on the file, and thus we must consider the matter closed on our end. Your response says that I have rejected communication with the account manager on file and that is not true. I reached out via phone to Seek Capital multiple times. Seek Capital never returned to calls or attempted to reach out via email. Seek Capital was able to reach me everytime via phone or email while trying to obtain my business so if Seek wanted to communicate with me you know how to. Also again I was told I would have some credit cards and some cash available. Nobody explain that to get cash I'd have to pay more fees to basically take cash advances and not just 1 cash advance, multiple cash advances. Then paying a fee to pay Seek Capital was not mentioned. Seek Capital put me in more debt then I was told and anticipated.
