    *****************************ce for a few months until a proper long-term fix was implemented. Unfortunately, despite the assurance, the promised resolution never materialized. Their approach revolved around sending misleading bids with no genuine intention of following through, clearly hoping we would eventually relinquish and go away. Whenever we attempted to reach out for a response, weeks and even months would pass without any acknowledgment from them, leaving us completely ignored and frustrated. We sought opinions from other roofing companies regarding the issue, and both independently confirmed that the company responsible for applying the ***** coating had performed a subpar job and should be held accountable for rectifying the problem. Considering their lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their work, it is best to steer clear of this company and find one that values customer satisfaction and provides high-quality service.
