    I placed an order for 2 wands. Never received. I contacted the solawave customer support numerous times and they seemed incapable of resolving a shipping issue. I had to contact my credit card company and issue a request to cancel the charge due to nondelivery. I would avoid this company.

    Hi ******! We are so sorry for the delay in receiving your order. Our team was working closely with our fulfillment partner on tracking your package. We provided as many updates as possible and reassured you that a replacement would be sent if your package was lost. Although it seemed like the package stalled and was lost in transit, we see that your original order was, in fact, delivered to you today. Unfortunately we have little control over unforeseen carrier delays, but often times these delays are temporary and it takes just a few days to see movement again. Again, we're so sorry you received your order later than expected, but we hope you enjoy your products. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Bought the mask and wand for a BOGO deal. The mask light is orange not really red light and the wand doesnt even turn on. I contacted the company and they asked me to send pictures and video to show it not working and then I never heard back from the company. Dont waste your money..

    Love! I saw results within 7 days. I had trouble with the cord (it stopped working after a bit) and the customer service team was super responsive and sent me a new one! They also answered my questions (I have super sensitive skin and was worried it would burn) They assured me about the technologies, and it uses only Red LED lights (not UV) and the temperature is VERY relaxing.

    No customer service - very unprofessional company. Solawave make it very difficult to contact customer service. If you call, you get a message saying that, due to large volume of calls, Solawave cannot provide live phone support. To email, you have state a specific concern so that a canned response is generated. All attempts to If there is any problem with the order or product, you are left with NO SUPPORT. I can't believe I wasted $105 with this company

    We're very sorry to hear the customer had trouble reaching out to our team. We now offer live chat M-F and have updated our contact form for more convenience.In reviewing the customer messages we can confirm that one of our team members responded to the customer within 45 minutes of their first email message to ** to address their concerns and provide a solution. We then followed up with further resolution, including a message from one of our co-founders. Although our support team's initial response time of 45 minutes for email was well within our standards, we take customer feedback seriously and will continue to make further improvements for even more convenience and accessibility.

    I strongly discourage using this company due to their extremely poor customer service. They have been unresponsive to emails and more concerned with selling additional products than actually fulfilling orders. There are other options available on the market that *** provide a better experience. I recommend taking the time to research and find a more reliable alternative.
