    Kitsch accidentally sent me the wrong order and when I sent them an email, they immediately resolved my issue. Their customer service team was awesome and were very helpful!

    Its always great to love a product, but its even greater when customer service goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. You cant go wrong working with this business, they truly are in it for the customer and for their satisfaction. So I would recommend Ordering from them. And enjoying a product that is good for you and actually works! Thank you so much for going above and beyond my expectations.

    This company is an example of excellent customer service and their products are amazing. I have a subscription with them for shampoo, conditioner and body wash and my next shipment was to arrive while I was on vacation. Living in AZ I definitely dont want anything sitting in my mailbox for a week. I reached out and they immediately responded and put my account on hold and told me to contact them when I returned. When I returned I contacted them and they promptly responded telling me they would send my next shipment out now that I was home. I then decided to add more products to my subscription, so they went head and did that for me too. They were a pleasure to work with and their products are amazing. I highly recommend anything from Kitsch.

    Love the shampoo! I'm currently using the rice water protein and the volumizing. My hair fine thin hair is in much better condition. I just received a new order and the kojic acid face and body bar is fabulous! It's so creamy and has great lather! I can't wait to try the sea salt spray. I'm very happy with all my purchases from Kitsch.

    Love the product as I was skeptical of a Bar Soap for a Shampoo but its one of the best decisions I made to try . Loving the Rice Water Bar and Conditioner - My hair looks healthier and its growing faster. Waiting to use the Oil and as I would like to have thicker hair . Good **************** as my second order was lost and they quickly resolved it for me . **

    Kitsch is a great brand for us older ladies (75 years). The quality is much better and it lasts longer than other products that Ive used before. I know my daughter would agree as well. Also, it leaves me with the feeling that I am doing something to help the environment because their soaps and shampoos dont require plastic bottles. Not to mention that all of the ones Ive tried have surpassed my expectations by far! Thanks Kitsch!

    I have used many of the Kitsch products, and was having trouble with a newly bought texture spray in a spray bottle-the sprayer was stuck. I reached out through text, to one of the team members who has messaged me with presell messages. She forwarded the email to the customer service team to me. Once I emailed them my issue, they went ABOVE and beyond to help me with it! Such a kind hearted staff. They took the time and were very kind as they helped solve my problem.
