    I was in a car accident on 1/10 and was waiting on road side assistance and tow truck approach my vehicle and while waiting a long time for a road side assistance with my insurance a tow truck with a guy named "******) volunteered to tow my car to a more secure area other than my car being parked on the street. He informed to me that I can have my insurance company pick it up the next day in a more safe storage where it will not be on the street. He even reimbursed me my money I had to pay for road side assistance which was $100. Later that day I waited to call my insurance company to file a claim once they opened. I informed Advance Collision Center that I will be coming to get my belongings and that I filed my claim for my insurance to pick up my vehicle. I spoke with a lady named (*******) who answer the phones and work in the front. I was told from my insurance (Infinity Ins) that they're not trying to release my vehicle because of the invoice not being complete. I signed the release form that same day I got my belongings and "*******" stated that she did not know any of the fees on how much they were. I then asked for a supervisor while speaking with ******* over the phone. When asked to speak to the supervisor, ******* was prolonging by placing me on hold, when ******* came back to the phone she told me that the supervisor was not available and he will be there around 1pm. I waited until 1pm and called. ******* stated that the supervisor is still not there. At this point this company is prolonging and procrastinating the wait and hold duration that they are trying to collect from my insurance company which is causing this large amount to go against my settlement and that is unfair. The amount that this company (Advance Collision Center) is charging me is ridiculous. Please see the fees and break down below. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible. My insurance had to escalate this matter and received the fees and gave me a breakdown to what this place wants and there scamming to get more money out of my insurance.ADVANCE COLLISION CENTER ******************************************************************** ************ Car has been towed to their shop on 1/10/2023 CHARGES:$3,052.50 breakdown 220/DAY 3 DAYS 250 ADMIN FEE MISCellaneous fees - 200 TOW BILL 595 250 GATE FEE YARD FEE 295 SECOND TOW BILL first tow bill picked up the car and then the car was passed to another tow truck HAD TO MOVE IV TO ANOTHER CLEAN UP 525 10% TAX ON EVERYTHING

    Hi! I was in a car accident July 29th 2022 These guys who work at this auto body shop called "Advance Collision Center" happened to be around at the scene when I was in my accident and were very adamant about me doing business with them and kept trying to persuade me to let Them repair my vehicle so I decided to let them. It was a red flag for me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I went through my insurance company USAA and they paid The shop "Advance Collision Center $4,929.41. My car has been in the shop since July 29,2022 and today is September 27, 2022 and they still have not finished my car . They said it would be done September 15th it wasn't then they said tues Sept 20th they lied then said Friday sept 23 wasn't ready then they said today which is sept 27th and now they saying Friday sept 30th..This is getting out of hand my car has been in their shop for 2 months . They are very unprofessional they never called me once to tell me what's goin on with my car since July i had to keep calling to get updates. I also drove a hour to their shop 3 times to check on my car because they always lied saying it would be ready. I work for Uber and lyft and I have been out of work since July 29th. my parents helped me with my rent but now I have to figure out how I'm going to pay rent and provide for my little girl.. please can you help me get to the bottom of this.. Their shop looks filthy , if you guys take a visit there I'm pretty sure they are violating safety rules . There are broken cars everywhere...one was even blocking a fire hydrant ..I am so stressed out because I can't work because they keep prolonging my repairs .
