I never ordered this product but was charged for it.I have tried numerous times to email them. I have tried calling and get hung up on.They once offered me 30% off price and keep it. I said no and that has been the end of their communication with me even though I write back. They say you need a label in their return policies. This is a total scam. They took my money and never responded to my emails asking for a tracking number. The headquarters are not even that far from where I live. They preyed on vulnerable people like me who have respiratory issues and were affected by the smoke and poor air quality from the fires.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 3 ionizers on 12/21/24. Since then I have not heard anything at all about the order and/or shipping. I have tried to contact them multiple times. Not being able to communicate with companies seems to be the new thing I see. I have contacted my credit card company and they are looking in to it. On 09/23/24 I ordered 3 ion filters from Clarifion for a total of $95.91, plus tax = ******. I keep getting notifications indicating that my purchase has shipped, only to check the tracking which only states that it is getting ready. After numerous requests with the same response saying my item has shipped only to check the tracking which says it is getting ready. I have repeatedly asked for a reimbursement, which they have responded with either another notice of it being shipped ( which it hasnt ) or a phone number to track it at the post office. That number didnt provide me with any further information about shipment, either. In addition they keep sending ads to buy more of the product that I have not received.Initial Complaint

I saw an add on ******** and wanted to try a product from Clarifion. The ad states that you can obtain up to 72% off of the regularly selling price of $39.97. However, the ad also states that each unit would be $21.97. I opened a chat with the customer service because the math does not add up correctly. If the regular unit price is $39.97 per unit, then 72% off should be $11.19 per unit. While on the chat online, the representative asked for my telephone number and called me/transitioned the call to voice. I repeatedly asked about ordering in bulk to receive the 72% off ad advertised. "****" the representative, even mentioned their current sale of 73% off. By my calculations, each unit would then be $10.79. **** offered multiple "sale" offers, each of which was significantly more expensive than my calculations. At one point, they cited that the price of the unit is $79 and change. I referred once again to the ad that stated the regular selling price is $39.97. I also looked further on the company's website and cannot locate anywhere that states a price of the unit being $79 & change. **** got their manager to assist, and continued to offer me 72% off sales with a final cost of over $21/unit. They then came up with a figure for me to PAY 72% of the original $39.97 per unit. I explained that the ad advertised 72% OFF, not to pay 72% of the listed price. The asked for me to send a screenshot of the ad I had been referring to, and I complied immediately. They were still unable to offer a true 72% discount for any number of units to purchase and were going to check with the higher *** and be in contact. I inquired when I should expect the call, and they said after the weekend, on Monday. I am unsure as to why their "sales" do not align with their ad, and why there were unable to honor their advertisement today.
