    On June 7, 2025, A&A Tow performed a vehicle tow at my private property without proper care, resulting in significant property and vehicle damage. The specific damages include:Driveway damage: $500 Landscaping damage: $2,500 Vehicle tire damage: $250 Total damages: $3,250 I contacted A&A Tow requesting reimbursement or the name of their insurance carrier to resolve this matter. As of this filing, they have failed to respond or take accountability.This conduct is unacceptable, unprofessional, and has caused unnecessary financial burden and stress. I am requesting assistance from the Better Business Bureau in obtaining a resolution. I am seeking full reimbursement in the amount of $3,250 or a direct referral to their insurance provider.Desired Resolution:Reimbursement of $3,250 for property and vehicle damage Alternatively, the insurance contact information for A&A Tow Please let me know if additional documentation (photos, estimates, etc.) is needed.     When conducting a Towing of my daughter vehicle early Sunday morning 5/11/2025 the driver was careless and damaged my bumper, not only do they not take care of your property they also insulted us and made us wait almost a hour to get my car out of their lot their charges are ridiculous they charged us with $436 dollars to release the car . The property where they keep the vehicles is dirty and no one is wearing uniforms they look so unprofessional and unpleasant they treat you poorly I even had to make a complaint with the police because of how one of their drivers almost ran over my daughter with hes truck. and was not apologetic about it. He said she was dumb and should have moved out of the way. This company doesnt follow the rules as it is stated that they cant take vehicles away from your property unless authorized by management they just ride around picking up cars and expecting a high fee to release them.
