    I ordered a trial of this cream and was told I only had to pay for the shipping and handling. My card was charged I was told I could keep the products. I tried to cancel the fine print subscription and I was 2 days late and was told I would be receiving another 2 bottles for $80+ and that could not be stopped or returned. I was provided with 4 cancellation numbers. Now, 8 months later I am being harassed on a weekly basis by the company. They say I owe $160. They have multiple managers calling me and when I try to call them back there is no way to talk to anyonedisconnected or dont answer. My husband has asked for an invoice multiple times and they will not provide one. I was told initially the samples were free for just the S&H fee. This company is fraudulent and should be stopped.

    January 2023 Free trial Sent Nu-Rejuva skin are serum-1 trial size bottle.This company is trying to charge me $126.94 to cancel my subscription, I do not have a subscription. They also threatened that if I do not cancel my supposed subscription, they will charge me $300.00 monthly fee for this product. I have not received any products other than the trial bottle. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused to let me speak with someone. The representative ********************* if that is her real name stated the supervisor would just say what she was saying. I became irate and said what kind of business doesnt let their customers speak to a supervisor? She said she would only speak to me, and I had to pay the $126.94 10/30/23 which is today, or they would start sending products to my house and then charge my credit card. I am in an extreme financial hardship and my bank account has already been scammed twice. I will not allow this company to do the same thing to me. She also stated that Nu-Rejuva ********* is a BBB accredited company. When I checked on the BBB website it is not accredited. The phone number she called me from is ************ (******* **). The address for the company is ***********************************************************************. I see a potential threat to my identity and my finances.The agent only stated I had to pay $126.94 on 10/30/23 or they would possibly start my shipments and then charge me $300.00 a monthly.She did not provide any account/order#I saw this ad on Instagram.

    in February 2023, I signed up for a Trial of a product called Nu Rejuva **** care. I received the product and paid for shipping and handling. The first ingredient was water. I tried it and it did absolutely nothing (false advertisement). I then received another product which I did not sign up for or approve. I called their customer service line (******) and was told I had received it automatically because of my subscription which I never signed up for. Fine print automatically signed me up since I had not canceled with 14 days? It was day 16. ****** then told me that he would cancel the subscription (and no more products would be shipped). 6 months go by and now I am receiving phone calls while I am at work (banking) under fake names (illegal right?) to get me to answer the phone saying that I owe them money for my subscription approximately 2 oz of cream/serum $248. I told them I wanted an email saying all of this but they said they had exhausted all email attempts - another lie. This company does not want to put anything in writing. Back when I canceled this 6 months ago my bank blocked them. 6 months have past and now this!!

    Im being harassed by a company called NuRejuva. They said I ordered NuRejuva on February 16, 2023, but I didnt. My credit card was cancelled that same day for fraud charges that I did NOT make. They said I had 14 days to cancel or I have to pay $126.00 for a 1 oz bottle or tube of this face cream. *** tried explaining the situation to the representative, but he just said I owe $126.00 AND they will NOW keep sending the products. He said Ill be responsible for those payments too. I did NOT order this nor did I receive this product!! He said if I dont pay this amount and close the account, then h*** keep sending the products and send me to collections. Please intervene here if you can. Thank you for your time. *********************

    Order NuRejuvaSkinSerum on line. Ship date was 2/15/2023 Called on 3/11/2023 to cancel told me had to be cancelled in 14 day and apparently I did not read the small print. Asked if I could return the serum since I have not tried it yet and was told no, since my 14 days had passed. Let them know I would be disputing this, they said I could do that, but it would not do me any good since I was past the 14 days. Asked to speak to Hoviers manaager, and waited on hold for a while, The system offered to call me back when they were available, and I am still waiting since 3/11/2023. I paid $5.99 for the shipping, which was the only expense I thought I would have. I called to cancel, figuring they would be sending my product monthly with recurring monthly charge. When I checked my Target credit card There was a charge for $126.94. I was hoping you could help me with this.Thank you,*********************

    On 2/01/2023 I was on ******** and a Serum came up to buy. It told me only 1 per address. They charged me $5.98. Then on 2/15/2023 they charged me $126.94 for signing up for some club. I had no knowledge that I would be charged this. They gave me a refund of $63.47. I want it all back $69.45. I also got a email from them asking me to order. I didn't.
