    I cancelled my move with this company. I posted a review of the company in which my main complaint was lack of transparency and ghosting of the refund amount I am owed. My move was scheduled on the 26th of May. I had cancelled on the 15th of may and after repeated attempts of contact they have not gotten back to me about the process or any timelines or amounts I am owed.The specific language from *their* contract is provided here.?Customer may cancel scheduled services by providing written notice within 72 hour of booking and signing the ***** If services are not within 72 hours of booking there will be a 50% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refund. The 50% cancellation fee only applies to the deposit amount, not the entire move cost. If the first scheduled pickup date is within 5 days of the date reserved for the move ,then the deposit is non-refundable. Tariff Availability

Our records show that a voicemail was left for the client regarding a partial refund in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed contract. We are committed to resolving this issue and are awaiting the clients response to proceed with the refund process.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I did in fact receive this voicemail and gave a callback four minutes later. The result would be satisfactory, but I still have not received the documentation or "papers", that I was supposed to be sent an hour after the call. The call was at 1:30 PM PT and I have a full transcript and audio log of this call. The result is not satisfactory because they have not contacted me further in regard to this refund after the initial call.

    I am open to giving some more time, but I am not going to resolve the complaint until my refund is processed and the monies I am owed are in my payment provider.
