    Warning!!! Do NOT buy anything from this company! Their products look nothing like the pictures and are LOW quality. They advertise easy returns. It is NOT easy at all. They do not reply to emails requesting to return the item. Instead of giving you a refund they try to offer you $20 after you paid $150! Dont do it! Avoid like the plague.

    Refused to accept return because they have a 1 week return policy that seems predatory considering the long lead times and inability to reach customer service.

    This business is absolutely horrible. They will not answer the phone, return emails every 10 days. I ordered dresses for my daughter, the website states they ship out in ***** hours. When this did not happen, I emailed immediately to cancel the order. Zapaka did not respond to my multiple emails. After more than a week, they responded that they had just shipped the dresses, and I could no longer cancel the order. Now after 10 days of emailing them to get return instructions they finally returned my email without instructions. I continue to reach out and no response. This place is a scam. Its been a really awful experience, and its unfortunately not over yet. How do we hold them accountable? And how do I get my money back?

    Watch out! This company's return policy is engineered to make money for the company -- not to be customer friendly. The dress I ordered is pretty but low quality, the shipping costs were absurd, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you only have 7 days to make a decision and contact them regarding a return. While this may not be illegal or unethical, it is certainly shady. I lost money and will not be shopping here again.
