    Brought my vehicle in for paint/trim repairs re: an auto accident. Vehicle was to be repaired by 12/21/2023; however, paint bubbles were readily apparent, and the trim piece was not fixed. The business (Fix Auto) did complete paint work on 12/26/2023; however, plastic trim was not done well, and the workers caused excess wear damage the driver seat.I expressed my concerns re: trim piece and seats. Trim piece was refinished with a sealant. Workers stated seat was not their problem as all cars get creases and wear. This wear was not present when I gave them the car for repairs. When I pressed the matter, they took pictures and stated they would send them to their boss, who would decide whether to fix the issue. The boss did not contact me, and the employee essentially told me its my problem since all cars get worn eventually and ****** have creases. These statements are ridiculous, and I pointed out the differences in wear on my seats, as well as took pictures that detailed where the seat bolstering had been pulled up from the plastic fastener, which shows that a heavy object or human had been sitting on the bolster improperly, causing said damage.I am speaking my seat to be repaired; however, Teslas solution to such an issue is replacement of the seat due to the construction/assembly of the materials used in assembling the vehicle.
