    There is a big ***** infestations the complex has been aware of issue befor they opened the building the pest man said they need to treat the whole building not just a few rooms at a time because they are running thru the walls their I. The elevator the stairs and running through the trash I have wrote a maintenance request. They was supposed to come to my unit and they did not. I got my unit ready. No one came up the second time theyre supposed to come and do it. My son is sick. Hes been sick because of the mold issue, so I wasnt gonna allow him to leave the unit or nobody to come in for the safety of him passing on his cold to someone else, I was just informed by the residence that they have the same exact problem that I have with roaches running through their apartments getting in from under the doors mice coming through and only thing we keep getting is told that we could lose our apartment if were not following by this and the waiver rules, there is no real resolution to trying to talk to management because as soon as we bring anything to management our housing gets put in jeopardy. We get told if we dont follow by what they want us to do, were gonna lose our unit who wants to be homeless with children again

    I strongly advise you to avoid doing business with this company. This company is very unprofessional and borderline abusive. Once you are in, there is no accountability on the daily abuse by the underqualified site manager. It was the worst housing experience of my lifetime. The divide and conquer methods are not fit for human habitation. There is no professionalism onsite and no way to contact the corporate office for help. Its just a cash cow for tax credit and they couldnt care less about the residents. I had to lose my housing voucher just to escape. They know what they can get away with and push the envelope daily. The units and grounds are disgusting. The Manager is rude and abusive on a daily basis. She cant tell the truth and causes complete havoc there. The peaceful enjoyment of the tenants rented property just doesnt exhist. The rules change to suit management, not the tenants. My health seriously declined in the 6 years I had to live there.

All complaints directed to the **************** are investigated in a timely manner to ensure all residents and applicants receive the best customer service from our staff. The Lease and Occupancy rules are the same at all of our communities and have been for many years; they are approved by both LIHTC and HUD: We are sorry to hear that your health has recently declined and wish you the best in your new housing. Domus Management Company is a professional affordable housing management company dedicated to serving our clients and residents and strengthening communities.

    Although Im not surprised by this response, I stand by my complaint. I hold the burden of truth in regards to them investigating and being reachable. There is no accuracy to the response.

    Domus Management Company is always reachable - contacts are public information and posted throughout all of the communities we manage, on our website, social media, etc. We do not hide from someone making a complaint. Many residents from all over, many different properties contact us daily and get resolutions to whatever questions or issues they may have. We stand by our response and hold the burden of truth in regards to investigating matters that are brought to our attention in a timely manner as well as being reachable. The complainant has a single sided view of the story and is no longer a resident of one of our communities. Thank you!
