            This business has harassed my fiancé for months. We have both repeatedly asked them to stop calling his phone so much. They will call anywhere from 2-15 times in one day. They also send texts daily. On august 5th they called his phone 9 times while I was in active labor with our son. We answered a couple of the times and asked them to stop explaining that we were in the hospital having a baby and they’d need to stop. They proceeded to continue calling through the day and the next 3 days while we tried to bond with our newborn. When they were unable to reach him via his phone they then looked for my information and sent me a text in regards to him. I then called them and attempted to figure out how they got my contact info and was hung up on and refused to be given info. I called back 4 times and was hung up on each time even though I was contacted by them and I was only trying to get to the bottom of how they got my information and put a stop to them contacting me.

            Totally unprofessional, I had a lady tell me and my wife we need to be more responsible on paying off our bills when we told her we cant pay the whole balance. When we ask for a manager she wouldnt transfer us to the manager at all she kept asking for credit card information.. Im extremely ****** off with this company. If I could give negative stars I would give them **** stars!!!!
