    I ordered multiple items and when one didnt arrive (likely a shipping issue) I sent an email and **** was very quick to respond. After a short investigation they resent the part and I received it very quickly. The communication was great and Im very satisfied with my Redline order.

    I ordered a catback exhaust from redline and only received a mid pipe. I sent an email, and received one back saying it's under investigation. After expressing my frustration I received a call from *** ******** not long after. He also responded to my emails within minutes. He sent me a return label and had my exhaust sent that day. The new exhaust was received it 24hrs. I was VERY happy with dealing with *** ********.

    I purchased some headlights for my 2018 ram ********************************************** Took it to get washed and ended up seeing that my driver side light had water inside. I thought it would go away but still has it. I was upset especially since i had just put them on. I did contact Redline by email stating what happened. Cherry reached out took my info asked for pictures and overall fixed my issue. Ive never dealt with a company as fast and responsive with updates on issues like this before. I will definitely keep shopping with this site and would recommend it to my friends! Thank you again Cherry!

    Im here to leave a comment for ***** EXCELLENT customer service. I had an issue from a manufacturer and she helped me from the start. **** was very patient about the issue and stayed in communication with me through the entire process. Thank you THANK YOU so much for your help. I will be continuing to be a customer with Redline 360 because of **** and her excellent customer service.

    I purchased my Rev9 Coilover and everything arrived in perfect condition, however I was missing an adjustment k*** and I contacted Redline360 (Cherry) who very kindly addressed my concern and found a solution to my request, which was favorable for me since they sent said part at no cost, very grateful for understanding my need and resolving it in record time... 100% recommended

    When I. Some to red line I had a ordered an exhaust system, I didnt pay attention and ordered the wrong one, I emailed them and they immediately got to work to fix the problem, they gave me a an extremely generous refund and they also were super polite during the whole process ! After receiving my refund I was able to purchase the correct exhaust system ! Thank you to redline for being soo patient, understanding, helpful and overall having 100% customer service skills, thank you **** !

    I called *** with all sorts of question regarding coil-overs not know if they were right for me. I have a ***** Element that needs new shocks/struts and couldnt find them anywhere. I called and ***** was extremely knowledgeable about the ***** Coil-overs and told me everything about them and how to install them. If you need suspension and have questions, call ***** and you will get an honest knowledge Manager who knows the products he carries..Thank you *****..-*****
