      My company recently went through three different audits. After sending all the requested information, I was never contacted by your company again.I called the number on the audit letter and asked what information was needed. I sent everything that was requested.One of the clients had an entire claim taken back, yet the other two were completely fine. Again, all three clients had the exact same information submitted.I've reached out to Buckeye and even they told me that the money should not have been taken back.When I reached out to customer service I am either given the runaround or told they don't know how to help me.There's clearly some confusion and inconsistencies in your auditing process. W Why is information for one client okay and then for a different client it causes my company to have money taken back?

      They keep calling me over and over, this is clearly a scam. I owe no money to anyone, and my student loan has been fully paid off.
