    9/8- Owner stopped buy to discuss what i wanted down to give a quote. Said this will take a day and my rate is $1700.00 9/9- Texted him back to ask if he would do it for $1000-1500 because that was most we were looking to pay. We had received other quotes for right around 1k. He said sure and Ill see you Wednesday. 9/11- He showed up at 7 am and was down by 10am. The job was half completed and lots of incorrect trees were trimmed or not trimmed at all. He completed tortured the trees on side yard and the tops that were suppose to be cut level and even on the top were at a diagonal not correct. They left a mess when he told me that hallway was part of the fee. he collected payment from wife who didn't review the job because she was busy with meetings. I got home and immediately saw the job was half done. I called him immediately. He didn't answer. So i text saying he needs to come back and fix the half job he did. Also questioning why he left in 3 hours but still charged us the day rate and didn't finish the job. he told me that i was a big complainer and cancel the check if un happy. I looked it up and the check had already been cashed. After talking to him i simply said i just want what i paid for a to finish the job. 9/17- a different worker is on site and is completing the job. has been here 3 hours and is still working on cleaning up the mess the other guy did. The worker today said it was a "really bad job and he understands why i was upset" not sure why that happened and what they were thinking"Also when i check his license on the arborist site it doesn't come up. Im not sure why he is advertising as a License arborists. Lic. ******
