On november 2022, I got an into a car accident and requested an towing company through my insurance. The towing company is OnTime towing company, the driver recommended me to take my car into Precision autoshop. After a few months I reached out to Yaqoob the driver who had recommended the shop. I never thought anything bad about this shop because I trusted the towing company that was provided by my insurance. On Feb. 10,2023 OnTime towing company picked up my car and took it to Precision autoshop in ********, **. ******** the owner promise my car was in good hands and he also cleared checks through my insurance company; till this day my car hasn't been fixed and my car still hasn't been return to me. On Saturday 9/30/2023 I headed over to where Precision Autoshop was located and to my surprise the shop was no longer there. I was never notified nor was my insurance notified that the car was going to be moved to another location or just in general that the shop was moving locations. I had to investigate the new address and found that there has nothing been done to my car, nor does the owner answer my calls or messages. Through out these months I have been trying to reach out to him and he never gets back to me. I have to call from a different number to be able to speak to him and only for him to give me always give me false information regarding my car. I say and state false information because we went out to the new address and to find that they have not done anything to my car and to find that there are more body damage done to my car. When I went to the new location they provided me with the new name of the shop, its no longer under Precision Auto shop , now they go by Prestige auto center. Ontime towing and this body shop are owned by the same person which I didn't find out until I started the body shop was giving me the run around and wouldn't hear back from them. new address:********************************************** ******** also owns OnTime towing company.
