    I borrowed $1400.00 from Little Lake Lending *** and my payments are $367.34 a month. I have already paid them $2204.04 to date. I borrowed this money because of an extreme family emergency. I notified Little Lake about my situation and explained that I couldnt continue to make these payments and asked to set up a new payment on principal balance with no future interest. They are taking advantage of people who have no other resources for a loan and are desperate in a time of need. I am **************************************************************************************** and they are making things so much worse emotionally and financially. I have already paid over what I borrowed . I made six payments all on time. The best thing Little Lake can do is HAVE A HEART and consider my loan repaid in full.

    I took out a $1,400 loan to help me at difficult time. I did not realize I would have a 400% interest rate. I have paid over $1,400 already and still have another $3,200 to pay it off. I found this loan is illegal in my state. I would like this issue to be resolved.

    Original Loan Amount Received by Lender was $500 Dollars, bank statement proving only 500 received. Interest Rate is at 500% which goes against state usurer rules Paid $600+ back including principle and interest Contacted Little Lack Several Time requesting settlement and settlement offer was 2 or 3x the original loan amount which I cannot financially manage plus exceeds state law. Little Lake also changed the loan amount to $700+ as a re-finance which I never received more than 500 pay out per ************. Please help resolve this matter. I cannot pay beyond what has been paid out. Little Lake is not Out any money as I paid off the Loan.

    I took out a debt consolidation loan that overpaid Little Lake. The amount of overpayment was never refunded, though the companys claims to have mailed it to the loan company over a month ago. I repeatedly call what seems to be a call center that is unable to tell me anything.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have contacted the number you listed and was told that the refund was issued on June 3rd. From then until now the check has not been received. Directing me to a company that has neither received or cashed your check is unsatisfactory because you still have the funds, not them.  This has been the case since May 14. 

    contacting your call center will only result in a repeat of the information posted here and a claim that another unreasonable timeframe needs to pass before you can take steps to remedy this situation  

    In that regard, I would request direct contact information to the division or person responsible for processing the refund

    I file for a loan and was never told that I had to pay the full amount on the day of payment what I was told was that they would take 145 dollars out every month until I reach the 600 that i need to pay now they are saying i needed to pay the full amount on the first payment date and I was told that if I 125didn't pay that 145 monthly that my payment would go up to 2,000 dollars and the person i talked to never told me that this loan would increase in interest daily now I've paid 725 dollars so far and I was told that I had to pay 600 dollars for the loan of 500 dollars so I'm disputing the 2000 dollar that they saying i need to pay they told me to pay 500 dollars by the 7th of this month to break even so I'm disputing the 125 dollars plus the tact on 18 months that they are saying I need to pay

    I took out a loan for 705$ somehow now I owe ******** this is insane. I don't remember anywhere telling me the interest was going to be ******%. Its funny I cant find the contract in my email either. I talked to my Lawyer who looked it over this is indeed very illegal and not acceptable in my place of residence even with tribal law. To make this right I will pay the rest of my principle amount plus the 10 percent allowed in my state. I have paid 571.44$ Which means I will have to owe only 775.5$ after the interest. Which means I owe 204.06$.I am requesting to finish that amount in 4 payments.

    Loan Number: 4NXY76KECA I borrowed $1,500 from Little Lake Lending and have ***aid a total of $2,458.08, including nearly $1,000 in interest. Despite this, they have refused to confirm in writing that my account is Paid in Full and officially closed.I have made multiple documented requests for a written statement confirming that my early payoff processed successfully. Instead, their agents ***eatedly refuse to communicate in writing, insist that I call, and ignore my concerns.On June 30, 2025, I submitted my final payment of $204.84. On July 2, 2025, a Little Lake ***resentative confirmed via email that my final payment was received and that the early payoff had been scheduled but still failed to state that my account is closed and settled.I later engaged in a live chat with their agent ********, who said that I needed to call in order for him to assist, which I find odd, as the night before when I went on their website, engaged with another *** named *******, who said my account was closed and once the 6/30 payment cleared, I would get the confirmation email that my account was paid in full but this was never provided. Their continued refusal to provide written confirmation feels evasive and unprofessional.I am now requesting that Little Lake Lending formally confirm that this account is Paid in Full with a $0 balance and no further interest due. I have attached full documentation, including emails, screenshots, and ************.

    On 5/12/2025 I took out a loan with little lake lending in the amount of $1495.07 due to an emergency. I have made 5 payments of $251.67 totaling in $1258.35. I went to check how much was left on the loan and they are saying I will owe $8053.44! That seems like an insane interest rate and highly predatory. Who can afford that? I wish to pay what I borrowed but can pay thousands of dollars in a time of hardship.
