    I started getting wage garnishment from a website called arrow Mountain funding Who is collaborating with Strategic solutions services they garnished my wages for about $4358. They said I took a $750 loan out December of 2023 when I contacted them by phone, they went on to say that I only paid back $650 of the *************************************** the last couple years then a December 2024 I start getting wages, garnished from my check from strategic solutions services who collaborates with arrow mountain funding, they took $4352 from me for for supposedly saying I didnt pay off the full amount of $750. I have no idea where all these fees and fines came from and they never tried contacting me at all within the last year , not by email not by phone number so when I contacted them by phone number, I requested a copy of the loan agreement a copy of them showing I didnt make all the payments. They said that they can no longer access any of the paperwork or access my account because they no longer do business in the jurisdiction of ******** , when I inquired about it, they didnt have much to relay so I did some research on my own and found out that there are many lawsuits going on class action lawsuits civil lawsuits against arrow mountain funding, and strategic solution services in ********. I am writing to complain to people do not use their product organization and they will steal your money. I am planning on , talking to Lawyer soon and seeing what I can do about this .

However, we can see that the consumer is referring to Arrow Mountain Funding with *******************, and we are ******** dba Arrow Funding Group, a wholly owned and operated business of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the ********************.

    There was a loan for $300 I apparently took out as well. Im starting to see this is a pattern by other reviews and also with the company whom are deducting the wages. The company is now garnishing my wages also without a court order and without allowing me to pay back the loan. Ive checked my emails and no information shows I have contacted them nor have they contacted me. There was no documentation they were able to provide about attempts to contact me or debt validation, as is required by law. My $300 went up to ********.

    They have been taken money from bank accounts without my knowledge. I never requested borrow money from them. I have never requested nine hundred either. $900.00 I don't know where they have access my bank account and they are taking every two weeks. They need to stop taking my bank account and refund my money $250. Please help.

    Arrow mountain funding, is the name of the buisness, i took out a 500 dollar loan from them in December I ended up paying thousands of dollars back to them to pay it off and when I was finished and wanted to get another loan they said they didn't do business anymore in my jurisdiction, because the laws changed, when I asked law that was? I was met with were not sure.. this company is a criminal lending organization scamming Americans out of there money and needs to be stopped. End of story, thank you for your time.
